Check the home page for regularly posted updates.
Special thanks goes out, again, to Paul Tews who created another custom program to help clean up some minor format bugaboos in over one hundred of the Digests in the blink of an eye. This update has helped us create version 4.0 of the website. Thanks Paul!
Last but not least, if you enjoy this newsletter and website, please take a minute to let us know what you think. Your feedback helps us to make them easier to use.

Gem of the Month
The Gem of the Month is a regular feature that provides an excerpt from a recent transcript that captures a snapshot of essential Elias.
This month’s Gem comes from the 2001 Connecticut group session:
ELIAS: “My exercise for you all is to engage conflict. (Laughter, and murmurings from the group) Create an enormous brawl with each other. (Loud laughter, and Elias sits back in his chair and grins) Argue and cackle, insult one another, and allow yourselves to be disappointed! Allow yourselves to be hurt. And allow yourselves to recognize what you have created in that experience, and how acute your awareness is, and how intensely it is focused within yourself and outside of yourself.
The question that you engage within yourselves is, ‘How may I hold my attention upon myself and also pay attention to other individuals or to my reality? How may I continue to hold my attention upon myself and concentrate upon any interaction? How may I concentrate upon what another individual is communicating to me?’” [session 848, June 09, 2001]

Power Users Tip of the Month - Exploring the Library
Last month we took a look at how to get the most out of the Exercises. This month we’re going to turn our attention to the Library. It presently contains 13 compilations plus the newsletters. They are available from any page on the website by clicking on the word “Library” in the left-hand navigation column.
New submissions are encouraged. Just send an email to Paul Helfrich at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bobbi Houle has created a series of great resources that are useful for new and old readers alike. Be sure to check out her index, too. All of Bobbi’s resources are complete through session 500 (she chose this as a stopping point so she could transcribe full time. She plans on continuing her research one of these days.):
Ron Churchman has created a set of beautiful tile renderings, from the game:
Luana Alika is continuing the session overviews, beginning at session 501:
Paul Helfrich has created two compilations that explore the depths of the information:
Next month, we’ll look at getting the most from the Transcripts.
