Participants: Mary (Michael) and Elena (Deena).

Elias arrives at 3:04 PM. (Arrival time is 20 seconds.)

ELIAS: Good day!

ELENA: Good day!

ELIAS: (Laughs) Welcome!

ELENA: Thank you very much. Itís wonderful to talk with you person-to-person

ELIAS: So to speak! (Laughs) And what shall we be discussing?

ELENA: Well, tell me what you know about the figure that showed up this morning. It was very interesting, the shape that I saw. Can you see it?

ELIAS: And what is your question?

ELENA: Who is it or what is it?

ELIAS: It is an introduction! (Chuckles)

ELENA: Can you say more?

ELIAS: (Laughs) It is an introduction to you of myself.

ELENA: Thatís wonderful! That was one of the thoughts that went through my mind. But, of course, I kind of dismissed it.

ELIAS: (Chuckles) For you have offered yourself readiness and have chosen to be engaging discussion with myself this day. Therefore, I offered a presentment of introduction.

ELENA: And I spoke to you in Spanish! (Laughs) Which I thought was very interesting. (Elias chuckles)

Let me ask you this, Elias. My feline companion, Tita, she is very fearful. Can you tell me what happened to her before she came to me?

ELIAS: Do you notice specific actions, so to speak, that generate this response within this creature?

ELENA: Yes Ė loud noises, sudden movements.

ELIAS: Correct.

Now; this is not associated with this manifestation, but a bleed-through of another manifestation in a reconfigurement of energy of this creature.

ELENA: What was the reconfigurement?

ELIAS: A fawn.

ELENA: Oh, yes! That makes a lot of sense. I see it.

ELIAS: And this creature generates automatic responses in similarity to that creature.

ELENA: Yes, I see it. Why did I pick her, or why did we pick each other?

ELIAS: You have drawn this creature to yourself not merely in the expression of what you term to be companion, but also to be offering you a reflection of certain aspects of your movement. The creature expresses physical behaviors and manifestations which are reflective of certain aspects of yourself inwardly.

ELENA: I see.

Let me ask you this other question. My son, Adam, developed leukemia when he was a teenager. What was that about? What can you tell me about that?

ELIAS: Offer a more specific nature of your question.

ELENA: Did he develop the leukemia to work through emotions left over from a previous lifetime?

ELIAS: No.

ELENA: What was his purpose, or our purpose, in his developing the leukemia?

ELIAS: In relation to yourself, what do you view you have offered to yourself in information in association with your participation in that development?

ELENA: Iíll have to think about that question, because I hadnít previously.

ELIAS: It is significant that you allow yourself an awareness of yourself and your participation in interaction with this individual and what you are offering to yourself in that participation.

ELENA: Have Adam and I been together in other lifetimes?

ELIAS: Yes. (Pause) You may be investigating of other focuses that you share together in visualization, meditations, projections or in dream state. Investigating other focuses is, in actuality, not a difficult action to be incorporating, for they are merely other aspects of yourself.

ELENA: Yes, as Iíve come to understand.

ELIAS: As to your sonís direction in what has been created, the motivation is different from your motivation in participating. Partially, your participation is in involvement to offer yourself information in shifting into acceptance. His creation is partially an experience to explore how certain choices affect an individualís perception and how that is affecting of interaction with other individuals.

ELENA: How many times have Adam and I been together? (Pause)

ELIAS: Twenty-two focuses.

ELENA: Whatís Adamís essence name, family and alignment? (Pause)

ELIAS: Essence name, Braidy, B-R-A-I-D-Y (BRAY dee). And your impression as to essence families?

ELENA: Havenít a clue Ė havenít thought about it.

ELIAS: (Laughs) Impressions require no thought process.

ELENA: Well, thatís true, yes.

ELIAS: Essence family, Zuli; alignment, Sumari.

ELENA: What about orientation and focus?

ELIAS: Orientation, common; focus, emotional.

ELENA: Tell me his family, again? I missed it.

ELIAS: Zuli.

ELENA: Thatís what I thought I heard the first time. What about his connection with Silvia, his fiancťe? What can you tell me about that? Have they been together before?

ELIAS: Yes. There is an incorporation of 16 focuses shared.

ELENA: (Laughing) Thatís great! And what is Silviaís essence name?

ELENA: Trya. Oh, thatís very pretty!

ELENA: And is she also commonly emotional?

ELIAS: (Laughs) Correct, common and emotional focus.

ELENA: And his family?

ELENA: Have we had previous lives together, shared focuses?

ELIAS: Yes.

ELENA: How many times?

ELIAS: Twenty-seven.

ELENA: What is Eddieís essence name?

ELENA: And his family and orientation?

ELENA: Let me ask you about my husband, Art. What is his essence name, family, alignment, orientation, et cetera?

ELENA: With an emotional focus, is that correct?

ELIAS: Yes.

ELENA: How many focuses does my husband have in this dimension?

ELIAS: Total numbering of focuses in this dimension, 851.

ELENA: How many focuses do I have in this dimension?

ELIAS: Total numbering, 817.

ELENA: And how many as male and how many as female? (Pause)

ELIAS: You express slightly more female than male.

ELENA: How many times have Art and I shared focuses?

ELIAS: Thirty-two.

ELENA: I want to shift focus here, Elias. I want to find out a little about myself, one of those previous or another focus. Back in 1999, I heard a bagpipe melody that took me to tears, as though Iíd lost someone dear. Was that emotional response a memory?

ELIAS: Yes, in your terms.

ELENA: What can you tell me about that lifetime?

ELIAS: This is a focus in the physical location of Ireland. In your terms, that particular focus incorporates much tragedy Ė the experience of death of three children, one brother, and husband. Therefore, this sound is quite familiar to you in that particular focus.

ELENA: Did all of those deaths happen close together?

ELIAS: Within what you term to be a few years, yes.

ELENA: I had another experience on my way to Korea. I felt such a strong sense of going home. Did I have a lifetime there?

ELIAS: You incorporate a numbering of focuses in that physical location.

ELENA: Is there a current counterpart there?

ELIAS: Yes.

ELENA: When I had the experience of waking up in the middle of the night and those little big-eyed beings were there, was that his experience I was sharing? (Pause)

ELIAS: The counterpart, yes.

ELENA: That was quite an experience. I felt his fear. I saw what Whitley Strieber calls visitors. They apparently took semen from my counterpart, is that correct?

ELIAS: This would be the interpretation, yes.

ELENA: Has he, that Korean counterpart, been seeing through my eyes?

ELIAS: In a manner of speaking, but merely in two experiences and the individual does not incorporate an objective understanding of what is actually being generated.

ELENA: Is he engaging in any spiritual development activities?

ELIAS: In his assessment, yes. (Chuckles)

ELENA: One time when I was exercising, I had the sensation of someone else looking through my eyes. Who was that?

ELIAS: This is an experience of this counterpart.

ELENA: Ah, so that WAS him. Okay.

ELIAS: Although as I have stated, he does not incorporate an objective understanding of what is being generated.

ELENA: What age is he now?

ELIAS: Thirty-six.

ELENA: Thatís what I suspected Ė young like that.

When we were in Wales, I had visions of past events. (Laughing) I think you may know the direction Iím going with this one. Did I have focuses there?

ELIAS: Yes.

ELENA: Did I experience what I was seeing?

ELIAS: You experienced, in your terms, many expressions of mysticism.

ELENA: Were those experiences all mine?

ELIAS: For the most part, although some experiences have been shared in relation to other individuals and your participation in observance, but this is no less of a participation.

ELENA: When I was in the burial cairn, I put my hands on the wall of the cave and I experienced the vortex. It was in the shape of a figure eight, but a very tight figure eight. Before I entered the cairn, I knew that I had to circle the cairn three times, I believe it was. How did I know that?

ELIAS: This is associated with experiences in other focuses that generate rituals in association with these expressions of mysticism. Therefore, in your terms, it is a bleed-through experience.

ELENA: From a previous focus?

ELIAS: Correct.

ELENA: Thatís the suspicion I had. Youíre confirming for me and itís wonderful to have your confirmation. (Elias laughs) I thank you and Iím grateful for that. It relieves me.

ELIAS: You are quite welcome.

ELENA: I have several food allergies, Elias, and I have been wondering about what I am telling myself with these food allergies. Can you help me with that? What am I telling myself?

ELIAS: Let us examine. Express identification of these particular allergies.

ELENA: Thereís a milk allergy.

ELIAS: And?

ELENA: Actually, itís the sugar in the milk. Ingestion of the sugar causes intestinal distress.

ELIAS: And what shall you express to myself in your impression of what you may be expressing in this affectingness of yourself?

ELENA: What I have come to is that Iím changing my vibration and the vibration of these particular foods is not a match. (Pause)

ELIAS: (Humorously) Interesting idea. (Elena laughs, as does Elias)

Now; pay attention to yourself and allow yourself, in paying attention, to view how commonly you generate a certain type of experience.

Now; what may you perhaps assess is this common experience?

ELENA: Ask me again?

ELIAS: You generate a particular type of experience quite commonly.

Now; you also generate certain expressions of affectingness within your focus associated with those common experiences. Shall you attempt to ascertain what this common experience is? For we have been discussing it this day.

ELENA: Acceptance?

ELIAS: No. What have we been discussing in our interaction with each other thus far?

ELENA: Letís see ... mysticism, connections.

ELIAS: Connections! With what?

ELENA: With others.

ELIAS: With other focuses, which you generate consistently and frequently.

ELENA: Yes.

ELIAS: In your particular focus presently, you generate this action consistently and frequently. You allow yourself to tap into other focuses through physical experiences. Are you recognizing what I am expressing to you...

ELENA: Yes.

ELIAS: ...in your experience? For you do this action quite often and easily. You do not offer yourself information concerning other focuses in the action of visualizing or viewing them, so to speak. The manner in which you offer yourself information is to be tapping into experiences of other focuses, which affect certain experiences that you generate now. This is significant, for you DO incorporate this action frequently. Therefore, this offers you information.

Your question is what are you attempting to express to yourself or what is your message in creating this physical allergy to certain foods. Recognizing that many times you incorporate physical actions to offer yourself information concerning other focuses, now express to me, what is your impression concerning this physical manifestation?

ELENA: So I experience the allergies as a means of experiencing other focuses?

ELIAS: Yes.

ELENA: So I can use that, like a string, to follow it back to its origin.

ELIAS: Yes.

ELENA: Oh, excellent!

ELIAS: A focal point which offers you information, for you pay attention to physical actions and manifestations. Therefore, this is quite efficient in your particular focus.

ELENA: I hadnít thought of that before! (Laughs) Thank you very much!

ELIAS: You are quite welcome.

ELENA: What I think Iíll do then is Iíll try following these, as I said previously, to discover the source. Now, is there another meaning for me?

ELIAS: Of course!

ELENA: (Laughs) I should have known that youíd say that!

ELIAS: For all that you generate expresses many layers, and therefore it is also your choice of how you may be manipulating your energy. Therefore, also, the direction that you choose to move in in association with any of your manifestations is also your choice and may offer you information in many different manners.

ELENA: In a similar way to how I was able to trace back and connect with my Korean counterpart?

ELIAS: Correct. Do not snare yourself in generating an association that you may begin viewing yourself as a victim to other focuses or to other individuals, though, for you are not.

ELENA: I see, yes.

ELIAS: These are your choices to be allowing that expression of energy, and you incorporate this message quite purposefully in your particular focus for this offers you information and you do pay attention to information that you offer to yourself in these types of manners.

ELENA: Which other of my focuses has a post-nasal drip?

ELIAS: This is not precisely or what you term to be exactly the same manifestation. This, in actuality, provides what you may term to be a good example in recognizing that you also translate energy and do not always manifest it precisely in the same manner as another focus. You may translate it in a manner that is more in keeping with your energy in this focus.

You do incorporate a focus in which the individual expresses a restriction of breathing. This restriction of breathing is experienced in association with physical formations of body consciousness that you, in this focus, would deem to be malformations, which creates a manifestation of tremendous constriction of breathing associated with nasal passages and also throat. You manifest the nasal expression but in much less degree, so to speak.

ELENA: What about behind the ear, the itch? (Laughs)

ELIAS: And your impression?

ELENA: Something is bothering me; Iím itching (laughs) to know something.

ELIAS: (Chuckles) It is a signal. It is a signal that you present to yourself to be paying attention, that you are offering yourself input or what you may term to be incoming information into your objective awareness. This is a manifestation that you incorporate as a signal to be moving your attention.

ELENA: Is it connected to the sugar?

ELIAS: Not necessarily. It is merely a signal, a general expression that you are in the moment offering yourself information, pay attention.

I shall offer you a clue in relation to the focus that you are allowing in energy affectingness in association with your dairy product and your association with the sugar intake of it. This focus is an individual in the physical location of India.

ELENA: Tell me more about that one.

ELIAS: This individual incorporates the gender of male, small, has engaged the focus of what you would term to be few years and incorporated death as a small one Ė an age of approximately seven years Ė and has manifest in extreme poverty. This individual has been consuming these products, which are not in harmony with his natural expression in that focus, and has chosen to be incorporating the choice of death in association with that particular experience of consuming these types of products.

ELENA: Is he one of many?

ELIAS: One of many individuals? Yes.

ELENA: I meant to ask, one of many children in the same family?

ELIAS: Yes, and one of many small ones that incorporated that action in association with mass beliefs. (Pause)

ELENA: When we first moved into this house several months ago, there were lots of scorpions. Whatís the significance of the scorpions? (Pause)

ELIAS: Small movement that incorporate large stings.

ELENA: (Laughs) Right!

ELIAS: Which IS significant Ė to be paying attention to small movement that you incorporate that may be generating larger expressions subsequently.

ELENA: I didnít even go in that direction, in thinking about the symbology of that. (Elias chuckles) Thatís very helpful.

What can you tell me about the connection between Art and Jerome? There is hostility there. Why are they creating hostility? (Pause)

ELIAS: Friction in relation to rigidity and associations with absolutes Ė of which there are no absolutes, but this is not to say that individuals do not generate associations with absolutes Ė which creates tremendous conflict and in the expression of absolutes a lack of acceptance, which also generates considerable expressions of judgment.

ELENA: Do they have previous associations?

ELIAS: Yes, but this is not affecting of this situation in this focus.

ELENA: I thought that perhaps this is Artís way of disengaging from that work scenario. Is that your view?

ELIAS: It is a potential. Therefore, I may express to you, it is a possibility that also is a choice; but it is also, in a manner of speaking, a manner in which he may be moving his attention to himself and evaluating his beliefs in association with duplicity and the expression of absolutes and expressing this rigidity. For this may provide an opportunity to be expressing more of a flexibility, and therefore generate more of an ease in self to allow himself to view himself more clearly, and therefore generate choices in association with what he wants more easily.

ELENA: Thatís very helpful. Iíll share that with him.

ELIAS: Very well.

ELENA: I want to get back to this morning, the angel, which I find very, very...

ELIAS: How flattering! Ha ha ha!

ELENA: (Laughs) I want to know, was that my creation or was that your choice?

ELIAS: It is an expression of my energy, which you have translated into that imagery.

ELENA: Ah ha! (Laughs) I likened it to the drawing that hung on my grandmotherís wall, which I saw regularly as a child when I spent time with my grandmother, of the two small children crossing the bridge and the beautiful angel with the wings. That was the connection I made.

ELIAS: I shall express quite the flattery in acceptance of your choice of interpretation, to be likened to a heavenly creature! (Both laugh)

ELENA: It was interesting that I noticed in myself some fear.

ELIAS: For it is unfamiliar.

ELENA: I took that as a sign to myself of my so-called progress in integrating ego that is focused in the physical, and ego, in quotes, facing inward that is the connector between inner senses and outer senses. I took the fear as a marker.

ELIAS: I am understanding. Pay attention to your creature. ELENA: Yes. Let me ask you about my other feline companion. His name is Kia. Can you tell me the reasons he came to us?

ELIAS: What is your impression?

ELENA: He provides a balance to my other feline companion, Tita.

ELIAS: And?

ELENA: And heís also a symbol or expression of those qualities that I seek to develop in myself.

ELIAS: More playfulness.

ELENA: Yes, and also more calmness.

ELIAS: (Nods in agreement) Comfort, which is expressed in the moments that you are expressing satisfaction in your experience for your trusting and accepting of yourself.

ELENA: Yes, precisely!

ELIAS: (Chuckles) Therefore, your assessment in your impression of balance is quite correct.

ELENA: Again, you confirm for me. Thatís wonderful. It just makes me feel lots of things, lots of positive emotions to have you confirm. Let me ask you this, Elias. My feline companion, Kia, he frequently responds to my thoughts. Is that correct?

ELIAS: Yes, and I may clarify. Your assessment is that he is responding to your thoughts, for your thoughts are translating certain energy expressions that you are generating. The creature is responding to the energy. But you are not incorrect in expressing an identification that he is responding to your thoughts, for your thoughts are translating that energy expression.

ELENA: I see. Let me ask you about my mother. What was her essence name?

ELIAS: Essence name, Wielia, WĖI-E-L-I-A (WEE lee ah).

ELENA: And her family and alignment?

ELIAS: Essence family, Vold; alignment, Borledim.

ELENA: Have she and I been together previously?

ELIAS: Yes.

ELENA: Are any of her counterparts still in the physical?

ELIAS: Yes, but not engaging counterpart actions with that particular focus.

ELENA: What is she doing now? (Pause)

ELIAS: Incorporating transition.

ELENA: Let me ask you about the retro movement in this country, what I call the retro movement: lots of old-fashioned fashions, clothing fashions from previous eras, music from previous eras, the government is looking back, the federal government is looking backward with the previously appointed officials. What is going on with that?

ELIAS: This is all associated with this shift in consciousness and its objective insertion into your physical reality. For as you continue shifting, there is a natural movement that individuals incorporate. This expands into societies in a desire to be holding to the familiar in fear of the unfamiliar.

Now; I may also express to you that this is altering and there is tremendous movement, en masse, in shifting that desire into the expression of the unfamiliar. But there continues to be an expression of many individuals, en masse, which continue to generate what you term to be an uneasiness in that movement. Therefore, individuals continue to grasp fragments of familiar expressions in an attempt to be stabilizing themselves, in your terms. This is temporary.

ELENA: Iím glad to hear that! (Both laugh) Well, Elias, Iím sorry to have to say weíve come to the end of our time.

ELIAS: Very well. I shall be anticipating our next meeting, my friend.

ELENA: That will be fun! Thank you very much, Elias.

ELIAS: You are quite welcome. I express my encouragement to you to continue in your adventure and to be paying attention to what you generate and what your associations are with experiences and expressions within your focus, and pay attention to your motivations and the information that you offer to yourself in participation in shared experiences with other individuals. There is much information that you offer to yourself. It is merely a question of whether you notice.

In this, I offer to you great affection, and in my fondness I bid you au revoir.

ELENA: Au revoir.
