ELIAS: Good morning!

SHERI: Good morning!

MARGOT: Good morning, Elias!

ELIAS: (Chuckling) How shall we proceed?

SHERI: We shall proceed ... is this intimate enough to hear my name?

ELIAS: Ah! (Sheri laughs) Shall we create an intimate exchange?

SHERI: Okay! (Laughing)

ELIAS: I may express my greetings to you, Milde.

SHERI: Milde. Is that correct?

ELIAS: In your translation, yes.

SHERI: Oh. Say it again.

ELIAS: Milde.

MARGOT: Itís a rolled ďRĒ almost! (Elias chuckles)

SHERI: Very soft sounding. Thank you!

ELIAS: You are very welcome.

SHERI: My next question is, do you and I share a focus of intimacy?

ELIAS: Yes.

SHERI: Will you give me any hints? (Laughing)

ELIAS: I shall challenge you to investigate! Ha ha ha ha! (Chuckling)

SHERI: Okay. Could I have a place, a time, something?

ELIAS: Very well.

SHERI: Thank you.

ELIAS: I shall offer to you, time framework 1600s, Prague.

SHERI: Prague, okay. Iíll have to look at a ... okay. (Elias chuckles) What type of relationship?

ELIAS: In an expression of intimacy, but not in partnership. I may express to you, a flamboyant and exciting affair!

SHERI: Oooh! (Laughing, and Elias chuckles) Okay! Come on, dreams!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

SHERI: Was I male or female?

ELIAS: Female.

SHERI: And you?

ELIAS: Male.

SHERI: Okay. Thank you! (Laughing, and Elias chuckles)

Iíve been getting leg cramps again, and I was wondering if you could give me some insight on that. Iíve also developed in the last couple of months, in the back of my head up by my neck, some itching, and I donít know what that is. If itís to get my attention, about what??

ELIAS: First of all, offer to me your impression as to your creation. (Pause)

SHERI: Of the cramps? Are they connected? (Pause)

ELIAS: Not entirely.

SHERI: Hmm. I thought the cramps before were, maybe I was holding myself back from something. Maybe Iím doing that again? (Pause)

ELIAS: This is a rationalization.

SHERI: Oh, okay. (Pause) Iím not having an impression. If Iím having an impression, Iím blocking it right here. (Indicating a part of the body, and Elias grins and nods) Itís an emotional thing, huh? Okay.

ELIAS: Very well. In this expression of the cramping, you are aligning with the addressment to sexuality. This wave is continuing. It overlaps with the wave of duplicity, but it is continuing.

In this, there are many aspects of this particular belief system of sexuality, some of which are not objectively related, in your terms, to your definition or recognition of that particular term.

In this, you are creating an expression of affectingness of physical body; not in extreme, but quite in alignment with mass belief systems concerning your physical body expression and aging.

SHERI: My physical what expression and aging?

ELIAS: Body.

In this, as your beliefs align with what you term to be an aging process, you create different physical body expressions in alignment with these beliefs. Some individuals create more of a physical expression in appearance. Some individuals choose to be creating less extreme expressions or examples to themselves of this alignment with this belief.

Now; in this, one of the aspects of this belief is that your physical body shall not efficiently produce certain chemicals within its functioning, and therefore you need be replacing certain chemicals or enzymes within your physical form to maintain your physical form.

I may express to you, this is in actuality an aspect of beliefs. For in actuality, your physical body consciousness functions quite efficiently, and does not create short supply of any of its components without instruction from your subjective awareness. But in compliance with the direction of your subjective awareness, it may eliminate certain aspects of its functioning.

In this, you create what you term to be a deficiency in chemical within your physical body. I may express to you, it is your choice in how you may be addressing to this creation. You may be incorporating physical action. In this, you may choose to be incorporating potassium, or you may recognize your creation and the belief that motivates this creation, and you may create this within your physical body without this potassium.

SHERI: I like that better because I always forget to take the pills!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

SHERI: I took calcium or something the other day, and then forgot to take them again. Theyíre still sitting on the counter!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

SHERI: Well, thank you, and what is the itching? Was that all on the cramping? What is that itching for? ĎCause I want a perm, and Iím afraid that itís gonna burn! (Laughing)

ELIAS: This in actuality is a different type of expression. This particular physical affectingness that you have created is in actuality more in alignment with our discussion of yesterday in relation to thought. You are creating this physical irritation in this area to be drawing your attention to the area of your physical body that you associate with the creation of thought.

SHERI: Okay, so when Iím thinking too much instead of just....

ELIAS: You create an irritation to draw your attention to this particular expression, yes.

SHERI: Oh, cool! Iím pretty clever!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

SHERI: (Laughing) Okay, thank you.

On the list, theyíve been talking about the city a lot, and stuff like that. Do I go to the city, and if I do, how would I recognize it? ĎCause I donít objectively recognize it, but Iím sure Iím there! (Elias chuckles) I want to recognize it objectively, though!

ELIAS: AH! (Chuckling) And shall I express to you Ė Elias classic! Ė this is your choice! HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! (Laughter)

Yes, you do interact in this area, and you do interact with other individuals within this city, and in allowing yourself to relax and trust your movement ... and trust your ability to be accomplishing this movement, for objectively you create a doubt within your ability to be accomplishing this, and therefore you do not allow yourself an objective recognition of your movement.

SHERI: Is there a trigger or anything that I could recognize and go, ďOkay, Iíll pay attention now. This is it.Ē Something like that?

ELIAS: Not necessarily Ė merely allowance of a relaxation and recognizing the tension that you create within you, within your energy and physically, as you attempt to be concentrating. As you allow yourself to recognize this action that you create and you associate that tension with the doubt, you shall allow yourself more of an ease, and this may in actuality allow you to CHOOSE (grinning) to be recognizing objectively your movement.

SHERI: Am I just chicken or what? (Laughing)

ELIAS: This is not an expression of fear, in actuality. This is an expression of doubtfulness of your own abilities.

SHERI: Okay.

ELIAS: Therefore, as you allow yourself the recognition of your doubt and your questioning of your ability, you may also offer to yourself your permission to choose a different expression.

SHERI: Okay, thank you. This one will probably be the same answer. Itís about the two focuses that you said I could connect with easily. I was wondering, have I connected with them, and Iím not recognizing it? (Laughing) Same answer, huh? (Elias grins and nods, chuckling) Okay, thank you! That was quick!

Vivien had an impression that we were sisters, or close, in the Victorian age. I had told her some stuff I had gotten about a big Victorian house, and feelings I had of losing a love, and waking up again later in life and finding love again, and we were wondering....

ELIAS: You are correct.

SHERI: She thought my name was ... she said Iris. When I say it in my head, I keep wanting to say Lily. Was my name Lily in that focus?

ELIAS: Yes.

SHERI: Oh, okay. Was there an Iris there too? (Pause)

ELIAS: No.

SHERI: Okay. Sheís just mixing up her flowers! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

SHERI: Was her name Jenny in that life, in that focus? (Pause)

ELIAS: Jessie.

SHERI: Jessie Ė thatís interesting! Okay. I have a daughter named Jenny, and I wanted to name her Jessica. Thatís interesting! (Elias chuckles) Okay, thank you! Hmm!

Okay, I have a bunch of people, and I want to know their essence names, families, the whole works Ė orientation and focus, like the thought or emotion, okay? (Elias nods) Glenda is the first one. (16-second pause)

ELIAS: Essence name, Miette; M-I-E-T-T-E. (mee-etí) Essence family, Ilda; alignment, Sumari; orientation, common; focus, emotional.

SHERI: And Debby? (Pause)

ELIAS: Essence name, Scott. Essence family, Vold; alignment, Tumold; orientation, common; focus, emotional.

SHERI: Okay, and Pat? (Pause)

SHERI: Iíve got a lot of emotional people around me! (Laughing, and Elias chuckles) And Vicki? (Pause)

ELIAS: Correct.

SHERI: Okay. I like that name.

SHERI: Thatís interesting! Okay. Whitey? (18-second pause)

ELIAS: Essence name, Shu; S-H-U. (shoo) Essence family, Zuli; alignment, Sumafi; orientation, common; focus, emotional.

SHERI: And the last one is my grandmother, Alice. (14-second pause)

ELIAS: Essence name, Steptl; S-T-E-P-T-L. (stepítil) Essence family, Sumari; alignment, Ilda; orientation, common; focus, emotional.

SHERI: Goodness! Thank you!

ELIAS: You are quite welcome.

SHERI: (To Margot) Do I have time....

MARGOT: Go for it!

SHERI: I have two quick questions for Colette. She wants to know ... you talked about an essence in waiting Ė waiting in the wings? She wants to know if that was in the flesh or not? (Elias chuckles) Sheís thought a lot about it!

ELIAS: (Chuckling) In physical manifestation presently, no.

SHERI: Okay. Thereís a child coming to her possibly? I know itís her choice, but the child youíre speaking of ... thatís interesting! In what way would this child be coming to her? (Laughing)

ELIAS: (Chuckling) I offer the suggestion of investigation!

SHERI: (Laughing) Okay! (Elias chuckles) She wants to know what her focus is Ė emotional, intellectual.... (Pause)

ELIAS: Emotional.

SHERI: Emotional, okay. Thank you!

ELIAS: You are quite welcome! (Chuckling)

MARGOT: (To Sheri) Are you through?

SHERI: Iím through!

MARGOT: Okay. Good morning, Elias!

ELIAS: Good morning! (Enthusiastically, and we all laugh)

MARGOT: Itís wonderful to be here again, and Iím gonna see you in a couple of weeks, so Iím not feeling harried to get through everything on my list ... because I have a list here that Iíve been building for four years!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA HA HA! We shall be quite busy!

MARGOT: Yes! Yes, for at least four years more! (Elias laughs)

Okay, Elias. I had a bunch of things here that I was going to talk about, but in the last day or two since Iíve been here, of course a lot of other things have come up, because Iíve been in a group of people that have a lot of ideas about everything.

The first thing I would like to ask you about, though, is about my friend. Iíd like to talk to you about it for just a minute in terms of, I canít hear the phone that rings. Very seldom in my life have I had anything that has hung on with me as long as my emotion in regard to her, in regard to feeling, of course, extremely disappointed, and that I have probably seen only a camouflage of her for a long time. I donít know why this has affected me like it has, but obviously....

I had a dream about a week ago that really did help me understand. In the dream, it was very clear to me that she is a child right now; being a child; acting as if she is a child right now. That cleared up a lot of things for me, except that Iím still angry. Iím still hanging on to this emotion, and I donít why, so itís time for me to be inquiring about ME.

ELIAS: Very well. I am acknowledging of you that you are turning your attention to you, and recognizing that this is your expression and not that of your friend.

MARGOT: Right; yes.

ELIAS: And you ARE noticing the signal of the ringing!

MARGOT: Yes.

ELIAS: (Chuckling) You are merely not responding to the signal.

MARGOT: Evidently not! Iíve been trying to, but if I still feel an emotion, then Iím not answering.

ELIAS: You are correct. In this, as you recognize the signal that you are presenting to yourself, and noticing the emotion as a communication with yourself, what you are presenting to yourself is, as you are aware already, a mirror action.

In viewing the reflection which is presented by the other individual, you are allowing yourself the opportunity to examine the strength of the influence that you present within yourself in relation to physical creations that you create struggle and conflict and irritation with, and your association within yourself of helplessness and victim in association with physical creations.

I may express to you, Giselle, this is an issue that you have created for much time framework within your focus.

MARGOT: Oh yes!

ELIAS: And in this, you also have created many expressions of camouflage Ė in different manner to your friend, but in equal strength Ė and in that camouflage, you project an energy in the expression of helplessness, with an expectation of some outside element that shall....

MARGOT: Save me.

ELIAS: Yes, and fix you.

MARGOT: Now, every element that youíve talked about with this, Iíve recognized, and ordinarily, Iím not a person that hangs on to things, and ordinarily, just my recognizing that would have eased my anger, and I wouldnít be....

ELIAS: Not necessarily.

MARGOT: Oh.

ELIAS: For at times, you choose to present yourselves with a reflection of an issue that is created in great strength within you as individuals, and in those situations, many times you may be objectively recognizing the belief or the influence of what you create, but you are not addressing to it.

MARGOT: Trusting it or addressing it?

ELIAS: Addressing to it.

MARGOT: Addressing it. Okay.

ELIAS: You are merely recognizing, but you are not addressing to it.

MARGOT: So my phone is going to ring until I begin to address it.

ELIAS: Yes.

MARGOT: Thank you. Thatís exactly what I wanted to hear. And when I have addressed it, I will no longer be angry?

ELIAS: Yes.

MARGOT: Thank you.

ELIAS: Let me express to you a reminder of the steps of acceptance.

MARGOT: Yes.

ELIAS: As you are aware, you may be noticing, you may be recognizing and identifying, and not necessarily moving into your next step of addressing to.

MARGOT: I understand.

ELIAS: The recognition, the noticing in this time framework now, as you have presented yourself with much information, is not difficult. It has become almost automatic to you, for it has become familiar.

MARGOT: Yes, very much so.

ELIAS: This is the aspect of ease in the process. The addressing to is a different action.

MARGOT: It sure is!

ELIAS: I may be acknowledging of Michael, and express to you in that acknowledgment that he has correctly identified in his association with different questioning.

MARGOT: Okay, Iíll tell him that! (Elias chuckles)

Once again, when I listened yesterday, and Iíve listened to people talk, it occurred to me again, and itís way down on the bottom of my list here of four years, thereís something Iím going to ask you about and then I wonít have to ask you again, Ďcause I keep wondering about it. Iíd like to know the number of focuses I have in this dimension. (Pause)

ELIAS: Total numbering of focuses in this physical dimension, 1802.

MARGOT: 02, like 802?

ELIAS: Correct.

MARGOT: Thank you. And the number of focuses in all dimensions?

ELIAS: There is no numbering.

MARGOT: Oh, countless! Thatís right, I remember the answer to that! (Laughing, and Elias chuckles) Alright. Well, 1802 kind of fits in with what Iíve felt. Iíve felt that not only am I the oldest now in this group, Iím the oldest!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA HA! An old soul! HA HA HA HA HA! And in good company, are you not?

MARGOT: Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes! (Elias laughs)

And something else that Iíve been going to tell you about for a long time is, Iíve mentioned to you a couple of times that I did a TFE way back when you were talking to me about my efforts to trust a TFE ... and of course itís always my trusting and non-trusting that gets me into grief! (Elias chuckles)

But I did a TFE purposely to find a focus of you and I in Scotland, because I felt that there was one there; one that was pivotal, shall I say. And in this TFE, I was on a very craggy mountain top, and I could see sheep around me, and they were sheep that belonged to me. I was female. I was wealthy, but not necessarily a landholder, and what came through was that I had a sizable herd, if thatís what you do with sheep. And as I watched from this windy, craggy place, I saw someone coming towards me up the hill, and it was you, and you were also ... you dealt in the exchange of sheep, and I was meeting with you in order to make arrangements to dispose of my sheep. I donít know whether you were going to buy them, but it was something that you were going to arrange for me, and you were somebody I knew well, and thatís where it ended, right there.

And once again, I had problems with that. But Iíve thought about it a lot, and I thought eventually I was going to ask you about it. So Iíd like to know what I tuned in on, and if it was not you, who was it? Iím sure that I was there! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Be acknowledging of yourself!

MARGOT: Thank you!

ELIAS: You are correct in all of your assessment of the experience and of this focus. The relationship is not your identification of friendship, in a manner of speaking, but in continued interaction of exchange, and what may be termed in your association as a mutual respecting of individuals.

MARGOT: Thank you. Now, this kind of ... Iím just now kind of getting something that this might tie into Ė something thatís way down on my list. I heard once via a channel Ė and this was a long time ago Ė that I had introduced a line of sheep into Lemuria that had a name something like ďcharlivoisĒ sheep, and Iíve not been able to pick up on that myself. Itís only something I heard, but it had to do with sheep, so I thought Iíd ask about it now.

ELIAS: No.

MARGOT: No. Thatís all I need to know! (Elias chuckles) And I was told at that time that my essence name was Prima, and I said, ďWell, why have I got that name?Ē And the answer that came from the channel was, ďBecause you were the first.Ē (Elias chuckles) I laughed too!

I would like to talk a little bit about Sweala, and of course, you knew I was gonna get into that! When I was on my way over here on whatever day it was I came, Friday, she was very much with me in the car, and I exchanged thoughts with her for miles and miles and miles, and it was very clear. I expressed to her how excited I was that she and Grelko were going to come along with me on this trip, because I was so anxious in my this-dimensional-sort-of-way that she see Mary exchanging with Elias, or that Grelko see Mary exchanging with Elias. I thought that was just gonna be the best opportunity in the world! (Elias chuckles)

However, yesterday she was totally absent. Or else I was totally absent, Ďcause I was very tired yesterday. Which is it? Why was I so excited at this opportunity for Grelko to see Mary? Is that just a thing that I have in this dimension thatís sort of an expectation of wonderment, and actually Grelko knows all about Mary and Elias? ĎCause I donít think he does.

ELIAS: No.

MARGOT: Okay. (Pause, and then Elias chuckles)

ELIAS: And I may express to you that in this questioning, much of the answering of this questioning, so to speak, you already hold an awareness of! (Chuckling)

MARGOT: (Laughing) And thatís what I thought!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha! Recognize that this is YOUR desire to be sharing this experience, and holding an expectation that these individuals shall experience similarly to yourself, although these individuals do not hold interest in this type of expression.

MARGOT: I get it! (Laughing)

ELIAS: This is not an interaction within their dimension and their reality. Therefore, it matters not.

MARGOT: It certainly doesnít! (Elias chuckles) I learned that!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA HA! Their interest is not in this phenomenon ...

MARGOT: I guess not!

ELIAS: ... but in YOU!

MARGOT: I know!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA HA HA!

MARGOT: I got it Ė yes I did! When she and I are exchanging thoughts, when I feel her like I do right now, when Iím talking to you, if Iím talking to you on the phone ... and the last time I did tell you when I was having a session that she was there. She would only pick up on ... she wouldnít be picking up on your voice. She would be picking up my thoughts as I listen to you. Iíve got that right, donít I?

ELIAS: Correct.

MARGOT: Okay, and it always gets me back to ... all this line of questioning always leads back to the point that, once again, she is not as interested in the source of information that I have with you, because ... sheís just not interested!

ELIAS: Correct. The interest is in the dimensional focus, and the creation of this particular physical expression, and the difference. The interest is expressed in the recognition of their ability to pierce the veil and interact. Therefore, there is curiosity in how this dimension is expressed and created, and how you manifest your reality, and the mechanics of that creation.

MARGOT: This is something that I guess Iím still trying to learn about this, and Vic and I have talked about this, like they donít understand that they are essence. Donít they wonder about that?

ELIAS: No.

MARGOT: Well, I picked up on that when I had a chat with her not very long ago about the manner in which they procreate, and one of the things I got out of it that I found so interesting was, they are so comfortable in their knowledge that they create everything they create that thereís no need to say, ďWhy do I know how to create this?Ē or anything. It just is. They just simply are.

ELIAS: Correct.

MARGOT: And my concept of having to learn that I am is not anything that they participate in at all.

ELIAS: Correct. I have expressed to you previously, this physical dimension that you occupy is one of the most complex and diverse. You incorporate many more expressions and create an allowance for much more expansive exploration than do other physical dimensions.

This physical dimension, I am aware, you have held an association with within your thought process, attributing more ďadvancementĒ to these physical beings, so to speak, and in actuality, their creation of their reality is much more simplistic.

MARGOT: Iím getting that!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA!

MARGOT: You know, when I first started to interact with her years ago, I thought she knew EVERYTHING! (Elias chuckles) Sheís not God, Iíve found that out now!

ELIAS: AH! (Margot laughs) Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

MARGOT: But there is something that kind of gets into this, and by the way, I have no idea what time it is, so Iíll leave it up to you to say when weíre done. Vicki came across something, and I have it here. She was transcribing a session not long ago, and I forget whose session it is. Whose was it, Vicki? You donít know. (1)

You said, ďAnd merely allowing yourself to spontaneously project to an area of consciousness and a time framework, so to speak, which is a dimension within this dimension, that shall be beneficial to you.Ē

Somebody was inquiring about how to project into another dimension, and Vicki picked up on this because she had never thought Ė and I had never thought, and Iíve never found the need to Ė about being able to project into a time framework. So time framework became the element. Weíre both here Ė could you explain that to us? Because I think ... I donít think of a time element when I project and exchange thoughts with Sweala. Itís like she has no time, and her time is all time, or something. Itís never been a problem. Vicki, though, has a bit of a problem with projecting into that reality, she says.

ELIAS: And what is your impression concerning time?

MARGOT: Vicki?

VIC: Well, what caught me about that excerpt was the idea that projecting to another dimension, so to speak, is the same action as projecting to another time framework, and I had never thought about it in those terms. The biggest thing that struck me in the action of transcribing it was that perhaps if I was thinking about it in terms of another time framework rather than in terms of another place, that it might be helpful to me to access it.

ELIAS: Correct. (Short pause)

In this, you incorporate confusion, for you do not associate time with this dimension, although there IS a creation of time and an association of time in that physical dimension. It is expressed differently than you express time within this dimension, but it does incorporate time and a recognition of it.

Therefore, it matters not. You may allow yourself to be associating with time, and therefore allow yourself more of an ease in your projection.

I am understanding of your difficulty or challenge in this, for the association of dimensions Ė in what is known within your reality Ė is more challenging, and creates an association of more of a thickness in energy in your projection.

You are projecting within the association of time, not space, in this physical dimension, in association with other focuses in this physical dimension. Therefore, underlyingly within your beliefs, your association is that that action of projection is easier, for it is within your enclosure of dimension.

In this, as you project your attention, your awareness, into another physical dimension, the association is that you need be piercing the bubble of your dimension and moving into the membrane of the other dimension. You are projecting in space, not in time, and space is thicker than time.

MARGOT: And bigger!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA HA!

Therefore, I may express to you, in your association, it may be helpful to you individually to create an association with time rather than space.

VIC: Okay.

ELIAS: It matters not. You shall arrive in either fashion!

VIC: Right! (Laughing)

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA HA! It is merely a question of, shall you arrive by boat or shall you arrive by plane! HA HA HA HA HA!

MARGOT: If we sat down and did a projection, and I do it like I do it, which is a place. But we often do TFEs and projections relative to a time frame that weíre trying to look at.

ELIAS: Correct.

MARGOT: Okay, so what would be the time framework that we would decide to project to in that other reality in that dimension?

ELIAS: You need not hold an association of a specific time framework, merely the aspect of time.

MARGOT: Okay.

ELIAS: In this, let me also express to you, in actuality, within your movement in this shift in consciousness and creating less of an expression of separation, it may be in actuality beneficial to allow yourselves to be projecting in association with time rather than space.

For the projection of attention through space creates more of an expression of separation, and reinforces your automatic expression and association with the separation of focuses, within this dimension and within other dimensions, as being created within different space arrangements, of which they are not.

MARGOT: I have just realized that the reason I have no problem with just going there is because I know where ... I know where Merluna is located in my dimension. I always, from the very first, connected it with a certain place in our dimension, so itís just a snap for me get there because of that early association.

ELIAS: Which this is quite familiar.

MARGOT: Yes, very familiar!

ELIAS: For you translate all of your experiences and associations of any aspect of consciousness or essence into what is known in this physical dimension, and objectively.

MARGOT: Yes, I can see that now.

ELIAS: You create automatic translations.

MARGOT: (To Vic) So itís like Iíve been saying, you really need to come see the place! (Laughing)

VIC: But I can create that place anywhere, canít I?

ELIAS: Yes, you may.

VIC: Itís not that place.

ELIAS: No.

VIC: Itís where I create it.

ELIAS: It is an association. It is a translation into what is known within this physical dimension, for this is the manner in which you have created this dimension, to be associating singularly with merely this dimension, excluding all other associations of consciousness.

Therefore, I may express to you quite definitely, all that you recognize in relation to other areas of consciousness, other physical dimensions, is a translation into what is known in this dimension. This is not necessarily the actual expression of the other-dimensional creations.

I am not expressing to you that this be wrong or incorrect. It is in following the blueprint of this physical dimension.

MARGOT: Very good! I understand a lot more about that. Weíll take it up again next time.

ELIAS: Very well!

MARGOT: Okay!

VIC: I have one question.

SHERI: I have a quickie too, when youíre through.

VIC: Regarding this acknowledgment of Mary, because I know itís gonna come up and everybodyís gonna go, ďOkay, so what was that all about?Ē And quite often Iím real clear, but before I say anything to Mary, I just want to like check on my understanding of what you said.

Youíre referring ... in this acknowledgment of Mary in addressing to some things, this would be involving events like over the last month, and also maybe some events this weekend, and that those are all tied in together?

ELIAS: Yes, and Michaelís recognition in exploring relationship to self, recognition of avenues of communication that you offer to self, and his translation that in listening to these expressions of communication, you may be engaging thought process to be creating different questions Ė which is the movement into addressing to Ė rather than the automatic expression of merely identification, in asking repeated questions of automatic responses. But the allowance of engaging thought in its natural function to be creating different expressions of inquiry.

VIC: Okay.

SHERI: I donít think Iíve ever asked the focus of my two daughters, if theyíre emotional or.... (Pause)

ELIAS: Both emotional.

SHERI: Boy! Weíve just got a whole group of them! (Elias chuckles) Is that more common, to be emotional?

ELIAS: Yes. This is the most common expression of focus in this physical dimension.

SHERI: Okay, thank you.
