“Trust Is an Expression that You Build”

“A Simple Physical Remedy”

Participants: Mary (Michael), Marlies (Mallory) and Achim (Anselm), and Gerhard (Doro) helping with translation.

Interestingly, Elias paid close attention while Marlies and Gerhard were speaking to each other in German, nodding in agreement and even said, “Correct,” on one occasion.)

ELIAS: Good morning.

MARLIES: Hello, Elias. I’m glad to see you! My first questions are for my husband, Achim. Is Achim a final focus?


MARLIES: My channel energy said that Achim’s family is Gramada. Is this right?

ELIAS: Correct.

MARLIES: And what is his orientation and alignment?

ELIAS: Orientation, common. And your impression as to alignment?

MARLIES: I have no impression. We don’t know.

ELIAS: Sumafi.

MARLIES: How many focuses do Achim and I share with one another? (Pause)

ELIAS: One hundred sixty-eight.

MARLIES: Wow! Am I thought focused?

ELIAS: Political.

MARLIES: And Achim?

ELIAS: Thought.

MARLIES: So, I want to ask about my hurting back. You told me that I have to notice what is happening in the moment. My back hurts when I walk. What is the reason for the pain that I get during sleep?

ELIAS: Now; what is your impression concerning the painfulness when you walk?

MARLIES: When I walk, I think whether I am being right or wrong and not trusting myself.

ELIAS: Partially. The doubting of yourself is partially a contributant, but not entirely. Partially you are discounting yourself in those moments, which moves in conjunction with the other aspect of it.

Now; the common factors in this situation that contribute to this manifestation are noticing that you are offering yourself a communication but dismissing it. The communication many times, at the moment that this painfulness begins, is that you are becoming fatigued, but you dismiss it for you are in a direction. You are generating an expectation of yourself that you must continue.

MARLIES: But I’m sleeping so often.

ELIAS: I am speaking merely of the time frameworks in which you are walking.

Now; that is a discounting of yourself and not trusting your own communications, for you are not listening. You are noticing, but you are dismissing your communication.

Now; within your sleep state, what you are generating is a tension, which you are holding from your objective awareness. In other terms, within your day, in your waking state, you are generating a tension, and as you retire and you incorporate sleep, you continue to engage that objective awareness which is holding that tension. Therefore, you are not relaxing within your sleep state and allowing a free communication of your subjective awareness. You are holding in tension. Therefore, as you awake, you experience painfulness.

You are holding that tension within that area of your physical body consciousness, for it is familiar to you, for this is the center in which you dismiss your communications. Therefore, it continues to be affected in that particular area of your physical body consciousness.

MARLIES: How do I change this?

ELIAS: The manner in which you may alleviate this painfulness, I may offer you more than one suggestion. My first suggestion is that you genuinely attempt to be paying attention within your waking state. Pay attention to your physical body consciousness. Pay attention in the moment that you begin feeling this physical painfulness. Interrupt your attention; do not concentrate upon that pain. For your immediate automatic response is to be focusing your attention intensely upon the physical manifestation to the exclusion of, or almost the exclusion of, any other action or other activity. The concentration is intense upon the pain.

Now; as you begin to experience the pain within waking state, move your attention to other areas of your physical body, and allow yourself to feel the tension that is mounting in other areas of your physical body that are not necessarily painful, but they are becoming tense. This shall break your concentration upon the pain within your back.

Now; that interrupts the familiar pattern that you have created. As you have interrupted that pattern and you are moving your attention to other physical areas of your body, stop and allow yourself to focus your attention quietly, calmly, regardless of what physical location you may be within. It matters not, for you may accomplish this in any situation in merely a few moments. Focus your attention, move your energy to other areas of your physical body and intentionally allow them to relax. This shall move your attention from the painfulness in your back, which shall also alleviate it.

Now; that shall generate a contribution to your sleep state, [for] you shall have already released some of that energy that you are holding, which shall allow you to relax more easily within your sleep state.

Now; another suggestion that I may offer to you is to incorporate a softer sleeping accommodation.

MARLIES: Oh, I have a waterbed.

ELIAS: No. Soft – not motion, but soft.

MARLIES: I had a soft bed before the waterbed, and I think the pain is better now than before.

ELIAS: My suggestion is to incorporate the soft in addition to what you incorporate now. For, what you are generating with merely this is continued motion, which contributes to your tension, for it is familiar – you are continuing to move. Therefore, if you incorporate the soft in addition to what you are incorporating now, this shall lessen the movement which generates an automatic association with you, regardless of whether you are thinking or not. For your body consciousness incorporates an awareness also, and it recognizes movement; therefore, there is an automatic response to the continuous movement. The softness shall be soothing to the physical body consciousness, and this shall facilitate more of a relaxation without thinking.

MARLIES: I feel that I limit the success of my new business. What beliefs are involved?

ELIAS: And what do you assess?

MARLIES: I don’t trust myself.

ELIAS: General – be more specific. (Pause) How do you not trust yourself?

MARLIES: I know that I create my reality, but I don’t really trust that I can create this business.

ELIAS: Do you?

MARLIES: I think so.

ELIAS: Ah-ha. Do you genuinely know that you create your reality?

MARLIES: No. (Laughs)

ELIAS: Correct! (Grins) Therefore, doubt concerns whether there shall be a cooperation and your wondering concerning other individuals.

MARLIES: How do I change this? What are other influences?

ELIAS: This is the significance of genuinely turning your attention to you and paying attention to what you are creating, holding your attention within your direction and recognizing that what you create as you pay attention to you – even if you do not entirely trust that initially – as you continue in your direction and you continue to hold your attention with you and not waver, you shall draw to yourself what you perceive you need – which in actuality is what you want, for you do not need it. But in this, it is ultimately important that you hold your attention upon you.

Now; I am understanding the challenge in this. For, you automatically are interactive with other individuals and you pay attention to the other individuals and what they are expressing and their behaviors and their wants. But you may be paying attention to other individuals and also be quite paying attention to yourself simultaneously. You do not pay attention to yourself to the exclusion of other individuals.

Now; as you are interactive with other individuals and you are listening or paying attention to these interactions with other individuals, pay attention to your responses. Pay attention to what you want in relation to what your interaction is, and allow yourself to move in cooperation – but move in your direction – and generate what you want. Pay attention to your communications. For in this, as you continue in your resolve, you reinforce your trust of yourself.

For, initially you may not necessarily trust your abilities. You may not be trusting that you actually create your reality, but it matters not. For regardless of whether you believe that you do or you do not believe, you do. Therefore, what you shall evidence to yourself is that as you allow your expressions, you shall begin to notice that your perception is creating your reality, for other individuals shall begin to be responsive more in alignment with what you want.

It is not such a question of black and white: “I must trust, and I shall accomplish. If I do not trust, I shall fail.” There are degrees and variables. It is not that you must accomplish complete trust of yourself initially and subsequently all shall be well with your world.

Trust is an expression that you build, so to speak. You initially incorporate tremendous trust. But as you move through your focus and you move through your experiences in conjunction with your beliefs, you begin to be suspicious and not trust.

Now; that becomes familiar, the lack of trust, and it becomes familiar to shield and to protect.

Now; in this time framework, you are attempting to trust again. I may express to you, in this situation, remember that an element of your success is dependent upon your willingness to receive, which is quite significant, and coupled with receiving is exposing. If you do not expose, which is openness, you cannot receive, for receiving must not be shielding. Therefore, to receive you must expose. In what you want to be accomplishing, receiving is important.

Now; this is not to say that you must be in agreement continuously; you may generate cooperation without agreeing. But the exposure is essential for the receiving and the receiving is very important, for this shall allow you to be assimilating information and offering yourself much more freedom to be expressing you.

MARLIES: I will have to try it. (Laughs and Elias chuckles)

I’d like to ask you about maybe some impressions that I’ve had about other focuses.

ELIAS: Very well.

MARLIES: My impression is that I was a young man with physical and mental handicaps. Is this right?

ELIAS: Yes, you are correct.

MARLIES: Is this in Germany? (Pause)

ELIAS: Poland.

MARLIES: And the time is before the World War II?


MARLIES: My impression is that Achim is the father or the mother of this young man.

ELIAS: Mother.

MARLIES: Another focus is a very small man. He is working in a circus.


MARLIES: Is this in France?


MARLIES: At what time?

ELIAS: Mid-1800s.

MARLIES: Wow. Then another focus, twins in Denmark, two little girls, and my girlfriend Conny is my sister.

ELIAS: Correct.

MARLIES: When did they live?

ELIAS: And your impression?

MARLIES: Seventeen hundred?

ELIAS: Mid-1700s.

MARLIES: My channel energy said that Conny and I have the same essence point. What did they mean? (Pause)

ELIAS: Ah, the same point of fragmentation.

MARLIES: You said Conny’s essence name is Oleg. Is now her essence name Oleg, too?

ELIAS: Yes. The point is that both of these essences fragmented in what you would term to be the same moment from the same essences, which would be almost termed as essence twins. Not quite, for essence twins generally are fragmented as one essence and then choose to be separated into two essences.

MARLIES: How many focuses do Conny and I share with each other? (Pause)

ELIAS: All but five.

MARLIES: Five focuses shared?

ELIAS: No, ALL except five.

MARLIES: Oh, god! How many focuses do I share with Gerhard? (Pause)

ELIAS: Sixty-one.

MARLIES: Then another focus, there is a pharaoh whose name is Rahn-tay?

ELIAS: Correct.

MARLIES: What year is it?

ELIAS: And your impression?

MARLIES: Two thousand years before Christ.

ELIAS: Approximately 2500.

MARLIES: I looked in the mirror, the mirror exercise, and then appeared the face of a man who smiled at me. Was that you?

ELIAS: That was you, another focus of yourself.

MARLIES: After a meditation, I felt my body changing into a very strong man and in my head got the words “many and strong, many and strong!” Was this another focus?


MARLIES: What is he doing?

ELIAS: This individual is within your 1700s, physical location of America, a soldier and quite impressed with himself. (They all laugh)

MARLIES: Can you tell me the total number of my focuses in this physical dimension?

ELIAS: Total numbering 637, of which 632 are shared.

MARLIES: I’m impressed. (Laughs) How many focuses do I have in this time framework?

ELIAS: Five.

MARLIES: Is there a woman with black skin in the United States?


MARLIES: I have seen her. And now please tell me family, alignment, and orientation for my daughter, Susan, who sends her greetings to you.

ELIAS: And you may express my greetings, also.

MARLIES: Thank you.

ELIAS: And your impression as to essence family and alignment?

MARLIES: Maybe Zuli.

ELIAS: Alignment.

MARLIES: And Ilda as family?

ELIAS: Correct. Orientation, common.

MARLIES: My husband’s orientation is common, too?

ELIAS: Correct.

MARLIES: My channel energy said the essence name of Susan is Mana-eh-lak. What is your translation?

ELIAS: This is a focus name.

MARLIES: Manaelak is focus name?

ELIAS: In physical location of your United States, of Hawaii, within 1800s. There is an affinity for that focus and several other focuses similar to that focus of this essence, and that may be the reason that the individual connected with that particular name.

MARLIES: And what is her essence name?

ELIAS: Essence name, Myhya, M-Y-H-Y-A (MY uh).

MARLIES: That’s interesting. And my channel energy said Achim’s essence name is Anselm (AHN zelm).

ELIAS: Pronunciation AHN-chelm, but your spelling is correct.

MARLIES: And then the same question for my friend Andy. My channel energy said his family is Borledim.

ELIAS: Correct.

MARLIES: And alignment?

ELIAS: Sumari.

MARLIES: Sumari. And is he common, too?


MARLIES: And his essence name? (Pause)

ELIAS: Essence name Brihad, B-R-I-H-A-D (BRY ahd).

MARLIES: How many focuses do Conny and Andy share together? (Pause)

ELIAS: One hundred twelve.

MARLIES: And the same for my friend Stefan.

ELIAS: And your impressions?

MARLIES: Something like Sumari or Sumafi.

ELIAS: Essence family Sumafi.

MARLIES: And alignment?

ELIAS: And your impression?

MARLIES: Then Sumari.

ELIAS: Correct! Orientation, common.

MARLIES: My channel energy said his essence name is Elyia (eh LYE uh).

ELIAS: Correct. Spelling E-L-Y-I-A.

MARLIES: I never thought that all that is correct!

ELIAS: And perhaps now you may be validating of yourself that you may be trusting yourself. (Laughs)

MARLIES: Did Achim and I make an agreement before entering this life? Why did I always have a preference for men with black hair and black build?

ELIAS: It is that, preference. Let me express to you, you as essence, focused in this physical dimension, incorporate more focuses as a male gender than a female gender.

Now; in this, you also incorporate a preference of that type of appearance for your focuses. Therefore, within many of your female focuses, you also incorporate that preference in association with your partners.

MARLIES: I had a vision that I was a baby and Achim was the age when I met him. What does this mean?

ELIAS: This is another focus, and the relationship is siblings.

MARLIES: And my daughter was there, too.

ELIAS: Correct.

MARLIES: Then I ask for my mother, essence name and so on.

ELIAS: And your impression as to families? (Chuckles)

MARLIES: It came Gramada.

ELIAS: This is the alignment. Vold [belonging to].

MARLIES: She has pain in the knee. Can you tell her something about that?

ELIAS: I may express that this is a manifestation that she has created in association with the desire to be receiving nurturing. There is a perception that she has expressed nurturing and wishes to be receiving that, also.

MARLIES: Whom did she nurture?

ELIAS: This is her perception. Her perception is that she has offered nurturing to many individuals surrounding her throughout her focus, and now there is an expectation that that should be returned.

Now; you may also offer suggestion of a simple physical remedy. You may suggest that she incorporate a warm tub with peppermint.

MARLIES: Thank you so much.

ELIAS: You are quite welcome. And if so choosing, if she is willing to be incorporating another focal point, a rose quartz within the bath with the peppermint.

MARLIES: Thank you.

ELIAS: You are very welcome.

MARLIES: So, our time is up.

(Looking down at the floor, next to his chair) And you may be acknowledging of this creature and its calm energy!
