“Entrepreneur of Experience”

“A Discussion on Intent”

“You ARE the Aroma”

Participants: Mary (Michael) and Rodney (Zacharie).

Elias arrives at 9:37 a.m. (Arrival time is 25 seconds.)

ELIAS: Good morning!

RODNEY: Good morning! I thought maybe you weren’t coming through!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: (Laughing) There are many layers of consciousness, and I thought maybe there was some traffic congestion on your way here!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: You are as always, correct?

ELIAS: As always!

RODNEY: (Laughing) Well, good morning anyway....

ELIAS: And you are as always also!

RODNEY: Yes, I think so!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Yes, I am! (Laughing) You know, I just had a conversation about some of your tricks, I think people call them – about things happening, little blue things and stuff....

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha! These are not tricks, Zacharie! These are manipulations of energy in playfulness!

RODNEY: (Cracking up) Well, I did not intend that they were not playful!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: I have acquired a few blue things myself, and it’s kind of like been without consciously doing it. I’ve been gathering little blue objects. (Laughing, and Elias chuckles) People happen to give them to me!

RODNEY: Of course, I don’t know if you had anything to do with that!

ELIAS: Of course not! It is merely coincidental, and we are aware of the subject matter of coincidences! Ha ha!

RODNEY: I have not read any of your remarks about coincidences.

ELIAS: My remark as to coincidence is, there are no coincidences! (Rodney cracks up) Quite simple and to the point!

RODNEY: Yes, that certainly is!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: There are no accidents!

ELIAS: Quite!

RODNEY: Very good. With that in mind, I misplaced my checkbook last week. I’ve looked many, many, many places, and I have not been able to locate it. So, in the process of looking for it, I have begun ... it just occurred to me this morning, in preparation for my talk with you, why I created misplacing my checkbook. It has to have something to do with my attitude about money, I believe, and as I’m talking, it seems to me that I’m telling myself something about keeping track of my money. (Elias chuckles)

Because I realized, after getting a little disturbed by it, that it really wasn’t something to be disturbed about, because I can wait for all of my checks to come back, and look up my balance, and start all over again. I could do that, and I probably will. But in addition to that, it seems to me that I may be telling myself, “Stop thinking about money the way you’ve been thinking about it.” Am I anywhere in the ballpark, as far as what’s going on with misplacing my checkbook?

ELIAS: Ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Could you help me out?

ELIAS: Oh, Zacharie! (Chuckling humorously)

RODNEY: This is such a mundane little thing, but it turns out that mundane little things aren’t so little sometimes.

ELIAS: Ah! Or perhaps they are!

RODNEY: Oh, okay! (Laughing)

RODNEY: Is this one of those? They are? (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha! (Humorously) Is it not FABULOUS that you are such a wondrous creature, and so very creative that you may offer yourself imagery and information in this type of an action that shall communicate to you, in objective terms, what you wish to be focusing your attention on within the present now?!

How very GLORIOUS of you, to be allowing yourself this type of imagery in an action which is so very uncomplicated and so very simply expressed within the movement of this shift, and you have so adequately complicated this action, and in that process, offered yourself new imagery and information that may be beneficial!

RODNEY: (Cracking up) Please help me!

ELIAS: I am so VERY acknowledging of you in your complication of this action, that you have turned your perception to be providing yourself with a communication and an explanation that is beneficial, rather than merely confusing yourself in your action of complicating the situation. HA HA HA!

RODNEY: Do you mean I’ve kind of figured it out? (Laughing)

ELIAS: You have “figured out,” in your terms, what you CHOOSE to be figuring out, in offering yourself information concerning self in the direction of your attention.

As to the actual action of the “disappearance” (mysteriously) of this object, I may express to you that this is quite simply merely a manifestation of movement in relation to this shift in consciousness. MANY individuals are experiencing this type of action in which objects disappear!

RODNEY: (Cracking up) Mary and I were just talking about an object that seems to be moving around her plant room!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha! And spontaneously, the object may reappear! (Chuckling)

RODNEY: Really! Wow!

ELIAS: This is becoming a quite frequently expressed phenomenon within your physical reality presently! (Laughing) But you have quite creatively engaged this automatic action of complicating the identification of imagery, and using that complication to your benefit!

RODNEY: (Laughing) Well you know, one of my thoughts – they come floating through my mind – is that if I’m concentrating so much on getting money in order to do “something else,” then I’m not really focusing my attention on creating the “else” thing!

ELIAS: Ah! One point, Zacharie!

RODNEY: Oh, thank you!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha!

RODNEY: So, it has occurred to me that instead of concentrating on the money, I should concentrate on what it is that I really want to create, and imagine that. So, when this checkbook disappeared, it occurred to me, “Gee, Rodney, maybe you’re telling yourself to stop thinking about the money.”

RODNEY: “You can live without it.”

ELIAS: I see that this conversation this day shall be quite fun!

RODNEY: (Cracking up) Good!

RODNEY: I’m in the mood!

ELIAS: (Grinning) I shall express to you, Zacharie, that there is no element within your reality to be acquired. Therefore, in your physical terms, you are upon the right track!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha!

RODNEY: (Laughing) Well, thank you!

ELIAS: You are quite welcome, my friend!

RODNEY: (Laughing) Let’s see. I’d like to move on.

I’ve made some effort, in the last day or two, to determine what my intent is in this focus. I read a session transcript this week in which you challenged the person – I’m sorry, but I forgot her name – to discover her intent herself, and so I’ve been making an effort to do that, and I wondered if you might be able to push me a little bit, or cajole me into the right direction.

RODNEY: I’ve been looking over my life, and it’s been a tremendous variety of experiences, and as I look back, I see that some of them were filled with quite a bit of energy, and were extremely difficult at the moment that I experienced them. But as I look back at them, they also provide an incredible memory, something that I can almost enjoy looking back on and saying, “Wow, you did that! That was quite an experience!” And that’s what you’re talking about – that this is really the only reason we’re here, is to experience.

So, when I look at my intent in my life, I am aware that I came into this world, in this particular focus, with tremendous abilities, and in some respects, I allow myself or I give myself credit for making significant accomplishments. I’m also aware, as I talk to you, that being overly concerned with accomplishments, as they might be viewed by the public mind at large, is really a self-defeating ... or maybe a discounting of self, and that my real accomplishments are perhaps only viewed or possibly viewed by myself, and not by anyone else.

A strange thought occurred to me this morning, in listening to the tape of my last session with you. I remembered you telling me I had gone into transition, and then changed my mind and came out of it. I was wondering if there was a shift in my intent around that change of mind, which seems to be a rather significant event to me. I’m not so sure that’s true, but it did come to my mind.

ELIAS: You have not altered your intent.

RODNEY: I have not?

RODNEY: Okay....

ELIAS: And this action of engaging transition and disengaging the action of transition follows quite efficiently in the movement of your intent.

RODNEY: Oh, it does?

Now; let us continue in our discussion of this subject matter, and you may continue to be viewing this subject. Allow yourself to be viewing your movement, and the connective tissue, so to speak, that moves through your focus, not merely the events in themselves.

RODNEY: Can I ask you a question about that?

ELIAS: You may.

RODNEY: One of the things that occurs to me is that as a very young man, I was extremely argumentative, at least I liked ... I shouldn’t say I was argumentative just for the sake of being belligerent, but I loved to discuss philosophy and my ideas about religion, et cetera.

I discovered that in taking strong positions, I tended to create conflict with other people, so I began to argue less and less and less, discovering, in a sense, that convincing other people of my view of the world did not purchase me anything of value. So, I became less and less concerned about impacting other people.

This is also, in some way, an aspect of becoming more and more at ease with allowing other people to view the world as they view it, and in a way, this is a progression, I believe, into what you call acceptance.

So, I believe that this is a thread that goes through my life – my increasing ability to accept life, and to accept all the elements of it. And I am not unmindful, as I say this to you, that my mother is an example to me of an individual who was incredibly accepting of everyone, that I’m aware of, that ever interacted with her. Is this one of the threads that you’re referring to?

ELIAS: As to your individual intent in this particular focus, no. For this action that you are recognizing of is shared by all other individuals participating in this shift in consciousness.

Now; let me express to you that as we speak of intents, there are intent influences which are incorporated into each individual’s focus. Those influences are expressed in the qualities of intents of essence families, and also in the participation of each individual in the action of this shift.

Therefore, there are some expressions that you share in intent with other individuals, in commonality of essence family and your alignment to another essence family. There are also commonalities of expressions of intent in relation to this shift in consciousness which are shared by all individuals, regardless of their essence families and alignments to essence families.

These are not what we are speaking of as we address to the individual intent of one particular focus. You, as one individual focus, hold a unique, individual intent which is created solely by you.

RODNEY: I just had an idea.

ELIAS: Continue.

RODNEY: I recently did an exercise in which I vividly portrayed for myself a lifelong history of the manner in which I express myself. This began as an infant, and as a child growing up, I did not speak at all for a very long time. I think my parents were quite worried about me at one point, because I was not learning how to talk long beyond what is normal for a child, and then when I did talk, I began to stutter, and I don’t know how long I did stutter, but I stuttered for a while, and then I grew out of that. Then there were events in my childhood which appeared, at least on reflection, to create, for me, conflict – internal conflict in the manner in which I expressed myself, as to what is appropriate in expression and/or issues around “other people don’t want to hear me,” things of that nature.

There has been incredible movement in and around this issue of how I express myself. There were periods of my life when I was so shy that there was tremendous fear in my communicating with a person I’d never met before. But this is no longer true. There has been considerable shifting in how I relate to myself, as to my willingness, desire, and allowance of how I express myself. Is this part of this individual intent?

ELIAS: The experiences are, yes.

RODNEY: The experiences are?

ELIAS: The creation of the experiences are, yes.

RODNEY: Are part of my intent?

ELIAS: Yes. I shall also express to you that the manner in which you have associated with some of these experiences is directly related to the influence of your belief systems.

Now; as we continue our discussion, be aware that there is an interplay of belief systems with every individual within your physical dimension in association with the actions that they create in conjunction with their individual intent. This is not to be confused with the intent itself.

ELIAS: I may also express to you that many times, individuals DO confuse the aspect of belief systems with the expression of their individual intent, and this is quite commonly expressed as an action of complicating your viewing of your focus, so to speak, once again, which is an action which is quite familiar to you all – this complicating of ideas! (Chuckling)

RODNEY: (Laughing) Okay!

ELIAS: Shall you attempt again to be assessing what may be the common tissue throughout your focus that is the expression and identification of your individual intent?

RODNEY: Um....

ELIAS: You are quite stumped, are you not? HA HA HA!

RODNEY: (Laughing) You’re laughing at me!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha! (Rodney is cracking up) I have expressed to you that we shall be playful today!

RODNEY: (Laughing) Yes, I would enjoy being playful more often!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: I’ll take another stab at it.

ELIAS: Very well!

RODNEY: First of all, let me ask you a question. I have a memory, as a very young child, of getting a swimming lesson from my father, and in that memory, I was thrown into the middle of a brook which was over my head, and before the incident was over, I was both frightened and angry, and I expressed a very vivid cry for help, and it appeared to me that there was no answer.

Now, whether real or imagined, I have created beliefs around the appropriateness of my expressions connected with that event. Does that event have any bearing on this discussion?

ELIAS: The experience does. The association, once again, is an influence of belief systems.

RODNEY: Okay, okay. You’re right – I am stumped! (Laughing)

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA! (Rodney cracks up) Shall I offer to you? (The only audible response is laughter, and Elias chuckles)

Let me express to you, Zacharie, allow yourself to view all of these choices and expressions of different experiences that you have incorporated in this particular focus.

In this, you may allow yourself to identify that the intent in this focus is to be a type of entrepreneur of experience! (Grinning)

RODNEY: (Totally cracking up) You know, when you were talking ... and I heard every word you said!

ELIAS: Ha ha!

RODNEY: But when you were talking, I remembered when I was eighteen years old, and had come back from boot camp in the U.S. Navy. It was winter, and there was terrible slush on the road, and I made a very, very dangerous maneuver with my automobile. I passed two huge trucks on a slush-covered road going downhill at high speeds, and there was a dangerous curve at the bottom of the hill. As I look back at it, that’s about as foolhardy as you can get! Just as I was pulling back in front of the trucks – because there was a car coming up the road – my car went into a spin. So, here I am on a very slippery road with two huge trucks behind me, and my car is spinning in the middle of the road! It was a scenario very, very ripe with me being plastered all over the mountainside in many, many pieces! (Elias chuckles)

When I realized that I hadn’t breathed in a while, and I was sucking air into my lungs, I discovered that my car was up on the side of the hill, the trucks had disappeared, and not only was I physically okay, but my car was physically okay too! Now, that’s quite an experience! I think that may be one of the experiences you’re referring to.

ELIAS: Indeed! I may express to you that you have created throughout your focus a variety of experiences in experimentation of great diversity ...

RODNEY: (Laughing) That’s true!

ELIAS: ... within your choices individually of self, and also within your choices of interactions with other individuals.

RODNEY: Yes, yes!

ELIAS: Therefore, I express to you (chuckling humorously) that you have been quite successful in your entrepreneur endeavor within this focus!

RODNEY: I love that word!

ELIAS: Ha ha!

RODNEY: Entrepreneur!

ELIAS: Ha ha!

RODNEY: Entrepreneurs do what they do for one singular reason, (Elias chuckles) and that is the creation of value.

ELIAS: (Grinning) And have you not created quite efficiently in value in all of your experiences?

RODNEY: I have come to see that this is indeed the case!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: I might have argued with that some time ago regarding certain experiences, but I will not argue with it today!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha! In this, you may allow yourself to view the expression and identification of an intent within an individual focus, and the associations that are created in relation to the intent as influenced by the individual’s beliefs.

RODNEY: Okay, alright. I’m gonna have to see that in print!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Okay. View the associations within the experiences as influenced by my belief systems.

ELIAS: Yes, and how they color your viewing and your assessment of your experiences, and how you sew together the experiences through the association of the beliefs, rather than viewing the connective tissue of the experiences themselves.

RODNEY: Wow. Okay. Let me ask you something then, about after I disengage. I have a notion that I’m going to be choosing to create experiences up until the very point that I do disengage, and I also have become aware – I think it was a statement that Seth made at one point – that you get to look at all of your life’s experiences, and view them in different perspectives, and perhaps even rearrange them and create new mosaics, so to speak.

ELIAS: If you are so choosing.

RODNEY: If you are so choosing. Okay, okay. That’s a question of choice, then.

ELIAS: Yes, for this is an objective action.

I shall express to you that an element of the action of transition is to be allowing yourself to view ALL of your focuses simultaneously...

RODNEY: Including this one.

ELIAS: Yes. ...and to be recognizing all of the belief systems and all of the expressions of those beliefs that have been incorporated into the focuses which are manifest physically, and in that action, allowing yourself the opportunity to be shedding the belief systems, and subsequently shedding the objective awareness.

Now; if you are concentrating your attention upon merely this one focus of attention, and allowing yourself the playfulness of manipulating events and actions and experiences that have been created in this one focus, this would be identified as an objective action and a continuation of holding your attention in an objective direction of expression, which may not necessarily be the action of transition, so to speak, which is the shedding of beliefs and of objective awareness.

Therefore, this would be your choice to be engaging this type of action, in curiosity of the expression of your abilities, and manipulating energy in a slightly different manner than you are accustomed to within physical expression.

RODNEY: One could do both, right?

ELIAS: To an extent, yes.

RODNEY: Okay. Well, I’ll make that choice when I get there!

ELIAS: Ha ha! And so you shall!

RODNEY: (Laughing) I’m not gonna make it now!

ELIAS: Ha ha! And you are not!

RODNEY: (Laughing) If I were to look at my focuses ... and I don’t even want to remember how many of them there are – it seems to be so huge! How many of them would ... and if I’ve asked you this question before, I don’t remember at the moment. How many of my focuses would I consider to be future focuses? And I’m not sure why I want to know that information! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Manifestation of future focuses within this physical dimension, (pause) 312.

RODNEY: Really! Wow!

ELIAS: (Proudly) Let me also express to you, my friend, that you may view the numbering of physical focuses that you incorporate within this physical dimension to be many, but I shall express that as I chose to be manifest within your physical dimension, I created more of a numbering! HA HA! You have been outdone, my friend! (Rodney completely loses it) HA HA HA! (With a very smug grin!)

RODNEY: (Laughing) I don’t think I ever questioned that you had the ability to outdo me!

RODNEY: But to hear you say it, it’s so funny! (Laughing)

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA! Therefore, between the two of us, I have won the cosmic prize! (Another very smug grin!)

RODNEY: (Cracking up) The cosmic prize! Oh!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: This is so delightful! (Laughing, and Elias chuckles)

But you know, talking about disengaging and cosmic prizes, I have a note here on a little piece of paper. There’s a friend of mine who does aroma therapy, and she creates these oils and mixtures, and I know one thing – I love her aroma! (Laughing)

There is one of these oils which enhances dreaming, but it’s one of the dangerous ... well, it’s one of the more dangerous oils; I think nutmeg or cloves or cinnamon. I forget which one it is; it might be cinnamon. Some of these are rather dangerous spices, are they not? And not to be ingested in too large a quantity? (Elias is grinning)

ELIAS: Ah! And what shall be your association with these spices, so to speak, that is so dangerous?

RODNEY: Well, I forget which one it is, but it was used to embalm the pharaohs of Egypt. They’ve been petrified for like two, three, four thousand years! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Or preserved!

RODNEY: Or preserved! Okay, the term is preserved!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: And let me put it this way – with that association in mind, I choose not to be preserved before my time!

ELIAS: Ah! But you may incorporate a slight movement of your perception, and view that certain spices may be preserving you in a manner of living preservation!

RODNEY: Okay, good!

RODNEY: Would you rate these spices for me, just out of curiosity?

ELIAS: In what manner shall I be rating of these spices? (Grinning)

RODNEY: Perhaps an awakening of my abilities to notice unofficial information, or my ability to become more aware in my dreams?

ELIAS: (Chuckling) Let me say to you, my friend, you may incorporate the scent of these spices, these aromas, and you may allow yourself to be enhancing your abilities as dictated by your belief systems.

I shall express to you that the actual spices themselves do not incorporate an innate ability within themselves, so to speak.

Be remembering, the manifestation of the spices are an expression of YOU. Therefore, you ARE the spice. You ARE the aroma. You are providing yourself with a manifestation of an aroma to be stimulating of one or more of your physical outer senses.

RODNEY: Wow! Alright. So, you’re saying that whatever result I create will be solely as a result of my belief systems, and not an innate quality of the aroma?

ELIAS: Correct.

Now! Shall you allow yourself to be quite playful in your business of being the entrepreneur of experiences, and in this, allow yourself to be actualizing the idea of BEING the aroma, and allow yourself the experience of vaporizing yourself, and creating the movement in flow of the aroma?! (Rodney cracks up) HA HA!

RODNEY: That sounds a little bit like beam me up! (Laughing)

ELIAS: And I shall view you as the floating vapor through your dimension! HA HA HA!

RODNEY: (Laughing) I’ll de-materialize!

ELIAS: Quite! (Chuckling)

RODNEY: (Laughing) Alright, I think I’m onto something here....

ELIAS: Ah! Quite so, Watson! (Grinning)

RODNEY: (Cracking up) Now there was a fellow who gave himself some stimuli!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Did he not?

ELIAS: As do you!

RODNEY: As do I! Yes! (Laughing, and Elias chuckles)

A friend of mine mentioned to me that he has discovered that his mind becomes more alert or more aware when he occasionally – because he is not a smoker – when he occasionally smokes a cigar, and I’m bringing this up because this is again a question of belief systems. This is, of course, associated with the American Indian, who used tobacco as a sacred symbol. We were questioning the real significance of tobacco for those who don’t use it a great deal, and I don’t know why I have to throw that in, but it seems that I have to....

ELIAS: Ha ha! Once again, in association with your belief systems!

RODNEY: Right.

ELIAS: Ha ha ha!

RODNEY: So, this is another substance like nutmeg, eh?

ELIAS: It matters not. They are all creations of yourselves, and within themselves are not what you may term to be innately beneficial or harmful. They are neutral.

RODNEY: Really?

ELIAS: In this, they may assume the qualities or affectingnesses of harmful or beneficial, as associated with your individual beliefs.

Now; let me also express to you that certain actions that you incorporate, which may be involving of any of your outer senses, may allow you an efficient manipulation of energy in relation to your belief systems, for the incorporation of your physical outer senses allows you to concentrate your objective attention in a specific, streamlined manner, so to speak.

You allow yourself to narrow your attention and focus your attention in a particular direction to be creating of specific effects, in a manner of speaking.

This is, in a manner of speaking, an incorporation of a focal point, and your manipulation of energy in the incorporation of that focal point. You focus your attention upon a particular stimuli, and in that action, you direct your energy quite specifically to be creating of certain specific experiences.

RODNEY: Due to the belief systems I have regarding those particular stimuli?

RODNEY: Very good. I distracted myself in your last response, because I realized I had never turned on my tape recorder!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha!

RODNEY: (Laughing) I certainly hope Mary’s is working, because this has been too much fun for me not to go over it as soon as possible!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: If I get you correctly, I think one of the questions that comes up around what you just said is, if one is going to use any of these stimuli, one should be somewhat clear in their own mind as to what their belief systems are regarding these stimuli.

ELIAS: You need not be clear as to the identification of your beliefs, necessarily. But if you are wishing to be manipulating your energy in responses in difference to your automatic association, it shall be quite helpful to you objectively that you are allowing yourself an awareness of your beliefs in relation to specific stimuli, so to speak.

RODNEY: Well, (laughing) I want to mention an extreme here as an example. I understand there are some – I’m sure you’ve discussed this at some point – some religious sects in the southern part of this country, and a part of their ritual is to do things like play with rattlesnakes or drink strychnine. Strychnine, if ingested by most people, would kill them; would create immediate disengagement.

Now, it’s interesting, because there are a lot of beliefs obviously associated with their ingestion of this substance. Is it true that anyone could ingest any substance, and through their belief system, render that substance harmless?

RODNEY: I knew you were gonna say that! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Okay. However, most people on this planet are probably of the opinion that if they drank strychnine, they would die. So, it would pay for them to be aware of that belief if they didn’t really want to lay down and disengage.

ELIAS: Ah! But I shall express to you, Zacharie, no individual disengages unless they are choosing to be disengaging.

RODNEY: Ah. Okay, okay.

ELIAS: Therefore, regardless of their belief systems, they CHOOSE the action of disengagement.

RODNEY: That’s an overriding choice.

RODNEY: Okay. Well, I thank you so much! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha!

RODNEY: I think I need to go. One question came up. I read a transcript – I don’t know if it was Shynla or not – but you had encouraged her to breathe, and I was introduced to what they call breathing into the lower diaphragm maybe ten years ago, but I’ve never purposely developed that way of breathing until recently.

It was pointed out to me in a Reiki healing class that one absorbs and intakes a great deal more air in that manner of breathing, and one expels a higher percentage of the older air in that way. So, I experimented with it, and I discovered that very definitely, if I’m engaged in a singing or chanting activity, the volume of air that I take in by breathing in that way is very beneficial. I have a sense that breathing that way also opens me up to a greater sensitivity of feeling. I’m also aware that this is an opposite action to the one of fear, because when individuals are experiencing fear, they tend to breathe in a very shallow way, at least for a period of time.

I was wondering if you would talk about the benefits or the beliefs surrounding this breathing into the lower diaphragm, or if you would comment on that.

ELIAS: I shall express to you that you are indeed correct that this is an expression of more of an intake, so to speak, therefore also more of an opening, and in that action, the point is that there is a greater expression of freedom and ability in the incorporation of relaxation of energy.

You constrict your movements and your abilities as you incorporate tension. It is quite difficult to be incorporating tension and allowing yourself the openness of this type of breath, for this type of breathing creates an automatic action of relaxation within the physical body expression.

RODNEY: Okay. Is it, in addition, actually increasing one’s use of energy? Well, actually, if it’s releasing the limitations placed on energy due to tension, it is, in a manner of speaking, allowing the energy to flow more freely, and that might be looked at as increasing the energy available in any particular action.

ELIAS: It is creating the potential for increased incorporation of energy manipulation.

RODNEY: Okay. So, in a hands-on healing modality or action, this would indeed enhance a practitioner’s availability.

RODNEY: To energy.

RODNEY: To direct it to a client in a nurturing way.

RODNEY: Okay, alright. Thank you!

ELIAS: You are quite welcome!

RODNEY: I am SO disappointed that you got the cosmic prize!

ELIAS: But of course, my friend!

RODNEY: I suppose I should not have expected otherwise....

ELIAS: For I am the ghost! (Grinning)

RODNEY: (Cracking up) Well, this is not a race though, is it?

ELIAS: No, this is not a race!

RODNEY: (Laughing) Okay!

ELIAS: But in the action that you are so VERY familiar with, in comparison and competition – which I may quite easily engage in participation with you, ha ha! – I, being the ghost, am winning of the prize! For of course, I incorporate a greater awareness than do you, for I am realizing of my deity, as being the god that I am! (Rodney cracks up) And you have not quite incorporated this recognition yet! HA HA!

RODNEY: Oh, that you are god?

ELIAS: That YOU are god!

RODNEY: Oh, that I am god! I wondered about you!

ELIAS: Therefore, I win! HA HA HA!

RODNEY: Okay! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Alright. So, when I get to realize that I too am a deity, we’ll talk about cosmic prizes then!

ELIAS: Quite, my friend! I shall stand ready to be presenting you with the medal of accomplishment! HA HA HA! And we shall share in revelry!

RODNEY: Oh yes! That most of all!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Oh my! I don’t wanna go! (They both laugh) But there is my linear schedule here that has to be taken care of.

ELIAS: Very well. I shall leave you to your physical activities, and I shall anticipate our next playful meeting!

RODNEY: (Laughing) Thank you!

ELIAS: Ha ha! I am quite fond of incorporating fun!

RODNEY: It’s a welcome change for me.

ELIAS: And quite beneficial practice as a difference to seriousness!

RODNEY: Yes! Thank you! I was going to talk to you about my focus by the name of Darien today, and I’m so pleased that I didn’t!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA! We shall engage seriousness, in your terms, at another time.

RODNEY: Yes! Yes, we will!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

RODNEY: Thank you, thank you, thank you! I enjoyed this so much!

ELIAS: You are very welcome, my friend. I offer to you an expression of much energy, great encouragement, and as always, tremendous affection. In anticipation of our next meeting, au revoir!

Elias departs at 10:51 a.m.
