ELIAS: Continuing!

JO: Yep! (Laughing)

MARJ: And is this the great and powerful Elias Iím speaking to?

ELIAS: Of course! (Laughter)

MARJ: And this is the becoming Grady!

ELIAS: Ah! And I am greatly honored to be interacting with the very becoming Grady! (Laughter)

MARJ: As am I to be speaking to you! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: I want first of all to thank you so much for the information you provided me with the last time we spoke. As Iím sure you are already aware, I have uncreated the manifestation of physical blood, and I have also partially uncreated my need for nose-drops. Iím not quite one hundred percent yet, but Iím doing so much better, and I attribute that to the information that you gave me.

ELIAS: (Chuckling) And to yourself!

MARJ: Yes, thatís true! And am I correct that I did have a hand in this uncreation?

ELIAS: You have created this action yourself!

MARJ: Oh, thatís wonderful!

ELIAS: I have offered encouragement and I have offered energy to you in validation, but YOU have created the motion.

MARJ: Isnít that wonderful?

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha! Do you not hold amazing abilities?

MARJ: Thatís true Ė that is so true! Iím just beginning to see.

ELIAS: Now allow yourself the genuine acknowledgment of your action and your manipulation of energy, for no other essence may create or uncreate, so to speak, any choice within your reality. This is YOUR action that YOU have engaged. Therefore, recognize the power of your abilities!

MARJ: Oh, I love it, Elias!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: Letís see. I have a few questions for you, if I can.

ELIAS: You may.

MARJ: I was attempting to meditate one day. Iíd no sooner started, when I saw a man. I recognized that I had tremendous loving feelings towards him, and then I started to cry, because it came to me that I loved him, but others wouldnít understand, and when I came out of the meditation, I was still crying. I wondered if this was because this was another focus I was remembering, or was this something for me to be noticing?

ELIAS: Both.

MARJ: Both?

ELIAS: This is your offering to yourself in imagery, partially in identification of your interaction with another individual Ė not a focus of yourself as essence, but a focus of another essence that you have interacted with within another manifestation, so to speak Ė and it also may be applied in its action to this focus.

The reason that you offer yourself the identification that you hold these feelings or this response to this individual, but you are recognizing that other individuals do not understand or share your response to this individual, is that within that particular focus, the choices of that individual may be deemed within the mass assessment and beliefs as undesirable.

You in that focus allow yourself interaction with that individual, and hold a recognition of the individual as essence, and are recognizing that the worth of the individual is not measured by the deeds, so to speak. Therefore, you allow yourself an appreciation of the individual, regardless of the choices of behavior that that individual creates.

Now; this may also be associated and applied within this focus.

As you allow yourself movement in relation to this shift in consciousness, you may also be recognizing the lack of separation between yourself and other individuals within your reality, and in that recognition, you may also allow yourself to view that choices are merely choices. They are not good or bad in themselves. It is merely your beliefs that create an association with good and bad.

Therefore, other individuals may be creating choices of expressions and behaviors that you may view within your reality, and you may allow yourself to identify that the responses that you may engage to other individualsí choices is very influenced by your beliefs, but that the choices themselves are neutral. They are not in actuality good or bad, and as you allow yourself this recognition, you also shall allow yourself more of an ease in your movement into acceptance. (Pause)

MARJ: Iím going to deviate for a second, and then come back to that.

Not too long ago, two months ago, on several occasions I met a woman in the supermarket. Sheís a cashier, and I remember looking at her and thinking, this woman is ill. I could just tell she was ill, and I wondered how she could be holding her job looking as sick as she did. At any rate, the last time I saw her, I was thinking the same thoughts and our eyes met, and when they did, I had a tremendously strong pull towards her, and I thought, I wish I could help her. I wanted to do something to help her. I havenít seen her since, but I have a feeling there is a tie-in between she and I, that we shared focuses or something together, and I was wondering if I was correct in that.

ELIAS: Yes, you are correct.

You may also allow yourself the recognition of counterpart action which is engaged between yourself and this individual, and what you receive in this counterpart action is the recognition of certain experiences which trigger your responsiveness in the desire to be helpful.

Now; this in actuality is helpful, in your terms, to you, for it offers you the opportunity to be viewing your definition of helpfulness. For as you define helpfulness, your assessment of that action is to be creating an action of ďdoingĒ some expression in relation to the other individual and their situation, or what they are creating.

Now; what you offer to yourself in this exchange is the opportunity to redefine that expression of helpfulness. You are familiar with your present definition of helpfulness, and your automatic response in relation to it.

I express to you that in redefining your assessment of helpfulness, [you may be] recognizing that you may be more helpful to another individual through the expression of holding your attention with self and the expression of supportiveness than you may be in actual DOING, so to speak, in relation to another individualís choices or creations.

MARJ: That makes sense, because that also helps out with the sense of responsibility Iíve always felt for situations Iíve been through where I took on a lot more responsibility than I should have, I think.

ELIAS: Quite. I am understanding of this action that you have incorporated previously. In this, you are allowing yourself movement into the recognition that this expression of assuming personal responsibility is not helpful.

MARJ: I sure found that out, thanks to you!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: I understood it intellectually, but I really did not internalize it until after our last session, and then it seemed like everything came together and I thought, ďOh, my lord, I need help here,Ē and I understood the whole thing, and it really made things a lot easier for me in particular.

ELIAS: The expression of helpfulness may be redefined in the identification of supportiveness, and supportiveness may be incorporated through the action of acceptance within yourself; not necessarily the expression of acceptance of the creations of other individuals, although this may be a byproduct of this action of supportiveness. But in the acceptance in self, you are creating the action of support.

Now; I shall also express to you, I have recently expressed to another individual information of this subject of supportiveness, and I shall reiterate to you, in like manner to that individual, that as I am identifying support, I am expressing it to you NOT in the identification of your idea or definition that you hold within self in relation to this term, but in what you may view to be its literal definition, and you may be surprised to be recognizing that your definition of support is in actuality different from the definition that I am expressing to you.

Your definition of support incorporates DOING in relation to another individual. Even the action of listening, in the identification of supportiveness with another individual, is the incorporation of DOING some action in relation to the other individual.

This is not what I am expressing, for this is holding your attention outside of yourself and attempting to be manipulating the directions that are incorporated by the other individual, and you may not be altering other individualsí choices or their creations.

But you may be supportive in the action of upholding their choices within yourself in your acceptance of self; not in projecting your attention outwardly to the other individual and expressing to yourself, ďI am accepting of this individualís choice to be creating of this action, and therefore, I am also creating the expression of supportiveness.Ē No.

You may delude yourself quite easily into a thought process that expresses to you that this is in actuality an expression of acceptance when it is not, for as you continue with that expression, the unspoken or unexpressed Ė objectively Ė element of that is, you are accepting of another individualís choice to be creating any particular action or reality, BUT. And the BUT is what holds significance. But YOU would not be choosing that action! Therefore, there continues to be a judgment. This is not acceptance.

Therefore, if you are creating an acceptance within self, you may allow yourself to be expressing a genuine offering of support. Are you understanding?

MARJ: Yes, I believe I am, and I can see now. I understood about the responsibility. I thought I also had attained the acceptance, but I realize I hadnít. I still hadnít accepted my motherís choices, because youíre right Ė I judged that I wouldnít do it that way, and Iím quite well aware of that, and I know Iím very good at deluding myself too!

ELIAS: (Laughing) This is not offered to you in information to be discounting of yourself, for this is....

MARJ: That brings me to a question that I wanted to ask you. You have said that we can identify our belief systems and we can accept things, but weíll still continue to have our opinions, and Iím still me, and I have a personality where I poke fun at myself. Sometimes Iím very hard on myself, and I know I do that. But other times, I think that Iím just, in fun, poking fun at myself. But I see now where a lot of my friends think Iím constantly putting myself down, and I donít see it that way. Am I deluding myself again, or am I just being me in those circumstances, and itís okay?

ELIAS: I shall express to you, at times you may be discounting of yourself, as you are already aware. But I shall also express to you that at times you are not discounting of yourself. You are merely engaging your choice of expression of humor.

Now; in the incorporation of the new design of beliefs which are identified within your sciences as psychology, individuals lean in the direction of expressing extremes and Ė once again Ė creating limitations and not an allowance for expression of difference, but attempting to be creating a narrow expression which shall be accepted as the norm and the right and the good to be associated with all individuals, which eliminates the acceptability of difference, uniqueness, and individualsí choices in many areas.

Now; I shall express to you that not all of your verbalizations of what you express in your terminology to be poking fun, so to speak, at yourself, or even with another individual, may be assessed as a discounting of yourself or of other individuals. You may be light-hearted and expressing humor in many different fashions, which may be assessed by one individual as a discounting of yourself, but what holds importance is YOUR perception of what you are expressing.

MARJ: I just love you!

ELIAS: HA HA HA HA HA! And I may express in like manner to yourself! (Chuckling)

MARJ: (Laughing) Oh goodness! That makes me feel so good because I get so tired of saying, ďOh god, did I say the wrong thing?Ē Because everybodyís always saying, ďMARJ! You shouldnít have done that! You shouldnít say things like that! PI, PI!Ē And Iím just being me!

Vicís note: PI is ďpersonal invalidation.Ē

ELIAS: I shall express to you, Grady, I have offered the expression of personal invalidation to some individuals as they are attempting to be incorporating humor, at what you term to be ďpoking fun at themselves.Ē But in actuality, they are not incorporating genuine humor. They ARE discounting of themselves, and they are camouflaging their expression with the disguise of humor. But this is not to say that all individuals are creating that same action as they may be choosing to be poking fun, so to speak. Some individuals ARE creating an expression of discounting of themselves. Some individuals are not!

MARJ: I can feel the difference within myself. I know when Iím tearing myself apart.

ELIAS: And this is what I am acknowledging of in your expression, recognizing that you DO hold the knowing of the difference.

MARJ: Great!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: (Laughing) Elias, this woman that I have had a focus with, were she and I pilots together? (Pause)


MARJ: Ah! Was my name Felipe Ė I was Spanish? (Pause)


MARJ: Was my mate a gypsy?

ELIAS: In a manner of speaking, yes.

MARJ: I love it!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: We raped and pillaged together!

ELIAS: Ah, but the other individual incorporated aspects of behavior that many individuals assess to be witchcraft also, and therefore viewed this individual to be quite unacceptable.

MARJ: Oooh!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: Were you around at that time, Elias?

ELIAS: I incorporate a focus of essence within that time framework, but not within interaction of that company, so to speak. (Laughing)

MARJ: So I didnít rape and pillage you! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha! No, I have not had the pleasure of engaging your company! (Much laughter)

MARJ: Oh god, thatís great! Okay, now Iíve gotta come back to this thing with the gentleman Ė the focus, whatever Ė with the meditation.

Recently I met a man, and I had a very strong pull to this man. I had the feeling that weíd known each other before. I donít know if thatís correct or not, and then my next question following that is, does this have any ties to that imagery in my meditation? (Pause)

ELIAS: Yes, you have engaged other focuses together, and you have offered yourself the recognition objectively. As to the action incorporated within your meditation, this also may be associated to this individual in an expression of acceptance.

MARJ: Well, something happened. We were dancing; he was singing a love song. He kind of acts out what heís singing, and during this dance, we had our foreheads together and we were looking into each otherís eyes, and suddenly his appearance changed. His eyes changed to like a reddish color, and they glowed. It kind of made me step back and think, whew! What happened? Did I imagine this, or was I seeing something, an image within an image? I donít quite understand it, and like I said, I donít know if I totally imagined it, or it has something to do with this acceptance thing. Can you help me out?

ELIAS: Yes. You are not imagining, in your terms, the experience. You have offered yourself an actual manifestation and an experience with that manifestation, and this IS an expression which incorporates the element of this acceptance.

This individual at times creates behaviors that other individuals deem to be unacceptable, or in which other individuals create an expression of irritation and at times a lack of patience, so to speak.

Now; in allowing yourself to merge with this individualís energy field, you have also offered yourself information subjectively in connection with these aspects of this individual. You have created imagery superimposed onto the expression of this individual in response to your interaction with his energy field and your intuitive, so to speak, assessment of that energy.

Now; this also offers you within your experience the opportunity to recognize that there is no actual need for fearfulness, so to speak, but that you are allowing yourself to access information concerning the creation of another focus of another essence.

And in this ability that you hold, you may also offer yourself the opportunity to be expressing acceptance of yourself in your trust of your expressions and therefore an acceptance of the other individual, and not be projecting your energy or your expression of your energy into areas of anticipation of potential of this individual. Are you understanding?

MARJ: (Hesitantly) I think so.

ELIAS: You have not availed yourself objectively of certain actions or behaviors that this individual creates at times, but you HAVE allowed yourself to be interactive with this individualís energy field, which holds that information. Your response has been an initial reaction, so to speak, in a momentary expression of fear, and that has been imaged in your projection, superimposing upon the form of that individual the projection of an element of fear, creating a difference, as you have asserted, in the physical appearance.

Are you following thus far?

MARJ: Yes.

ELIAS: In this, it is of no matter that you have not allowed yourself to be viewing certain behaviors objectively. This offers you the opportunity to recognize your ability in interaction with other individuals, in assessing or recognizing the expressions of energy. This also allows you to view the lack of separation.

It matters not that you hold much objective information concerning the creations and behaviors of other individuals. You know them anyway.

MARJ: Okay. That makes sense.

ELIAS: In this, you also allow yourself to recognize, in objective terms, some elements of individuals that you create an automatic fearful response in relation to, but in allowing yourself to create that response momentarily by projecting an unusual image, altering the physical persona of the individual, you also allow yourself to view simultaneously the other projection without the fear, the underneath projection, and this offers you the objective ability to override the expression of fear and to move more in the expression of acceptance. Is this more understandable?

MARJ: Yes. Yes, because I have a feeling of knowing him many times. I have a feeling like I was around mostly his essence more than this particular person.

ELIAS: Correct. But find you not an interest in your choice of projection to be superimposing upon the viewing of his physical form? You choose to be superimposing the image of fiery eyes, which creates an automatic response of withdrawal and apprehension.

MARJ: Yes, really, because it went away, and it wasnít a lasting feeling.

ELIAS: It is merely momentary.

This is quite purposeful in offering you the recognition that regardless of what you view physically and the limitation of interaction that you perceive physically and the projection of separation that you create physically, there is no separation and there is no element hidden from you. There are no secrets, and all of consciousness is exposed to you.

MARJ: That would be the first time, then, that Iíve experienced that I can be a part of that knowledge too.

ELIAS: And you are!

MARJ: Does he have any awareness of any of this? (Pause)

ELIAS: Partially, but not to the extent, in a manner of speaking, as you are allowing yourself. (Pause)

MARJ: The other night, Elias, I went to bed and I just laid there, and I was looking up at the ceiling, and many times I see all kinds of shadows moving and beautiful colors. I see your color, and I see grays a lot, and this particular night, what I saw was, I would say, more towards black, and movement, and coming close, almost as if I would think that I was going blind, and then suddenly it backs off, and my sight is clear again. Itís not frightening to me; I love it!

I was trying to figure out that color, and at first I thought, itís my essence, and then I thought, no, thatís not my color, and then I thought, maybe itís all colors. Then Regional Area 2 came to mind, and also, out of that color there came a face suddenly, a familiar face with a great big smile, and it came right down out of the gray and into my face! And then gone, just like that. Can you tell me what that all represented?

ELIAS: This is your presentment to yourself in an introduction, so to speak, to what you identify as a future focus. (Pause)

MARJ: I will know this person?

ELIAS: A future focus of YOU.

MARJ: Oh, of me! Well, that looked like a man with gray hair and glasses on, and a great big smile. Is that what Iíll look like?

ELIAS: Ha ha ha! Or that you already do!


ELIAS: Within a future focus.

MARJ: Iíll have to investigate that some more, wonít I?

ELIAS: Ha ha ha! And you may be experiencing pleasure and fun in interaction with that particular focus, if you are so choosing.

JO: And we love pleasure and fun! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: I donít suppose we can ever get enough of that, can we?

ELIAS: Ah, it would be difficult! (Laughter)

MARJ: I am riding my bike!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: I read Mikahís thing where you told him to ride his bike, and my children were so good to me Ė on Motherís day, they brought me a bike! So, Iíve been out riding, and finding out all the things that I see he has not attempted yet!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: So, I wanted to offer him my encouragement. The bike is a wonderful way to relax!

ELIAS: Ah, I am quite acknowledging of you! And you may be encouraging in your experience in offering energy to Mikah, that he MIGHT incorporate listening to this information at some point! Ha ha ha ha ha! (Laughter)

MARJ: Oh, thatís great! (Laughing, and Elias chuckles)

Elias, I wake up somewhere around two to three oíclock in the middle of the night. I donít remember that Iíve been dreaming. I donít if Iíve been obsessing about something while Iím asleep or whatever, but it seems like it happens so often. Iím trying to figure out if Iíve noticed it so many times that Iím causing it myself now, or is there a particular something going on, and Iím supposed to be noticing it, and thatís why Iím waking up? Do you understand what my question is?

ELIAS: Yes. I shall express to you that this action in actuality is being incorporated by very many individuals presently, and has been for a relatively recent time framework. What is occurring is in actuality an action that you and other individuals are incorporating into your reality in association with this shift in consciousness.

You are recognizing, within your physical body consciousness and objective awareness, in a manner of speaking, almost overriding Ė ALMOST overriding Ė your influence of your belief concerning sleep times and patterns, and in this action, you are interrupting of your sleep state in the recognition now that you need not be incorporating this extent of time framework of this sleep state.

I have offered this information previously, and I shall express to you that in your very physical common terms presently, that information has been filed within you all Ė ha ha ha! Ė but not incorporated into any type of practical expression within your focuses.

In this, you are within yourselves creating movement, noticing that you in actuality are not requiring of the length of time framework that you do incorporate within your sleep state.

Now; I shall also express to you that you hold very strong aspects of beliefs concerning your sleep state and your engagement of it. Therefore, you are not altering of your choices in these expressions easily. It matters not, and you may be continuing to incorporate extensive time frameworks in which you engage this sleep state, or you may alter that choice.

But I shall offer to you one reminder, so to speak, of yourselves, and of what you are creating individually in your own expressions, and that is the continuous identification that you do not incorporate enough time within your day! (Chuckling) But you incorporate a tremendous expression of time within your day in your sleep state, which is unnecessary!

Now; you may choose to continue in that pattern, so to speak, or you may be noticing of this interruption of sleep state quite consistently, and you may be evaluating what you are creating, and experimenting with incorporating more of your physical hours in the incorporation of waking state and less of your physical hours within your sleep state. It is your choice. Neither is better or worse. It is merely a choice! (Chuckling)

MARJ: I just love my waterbed so much!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: Maybe it takes me back to my seafaring pirate days Ė I donít know! (Laughing)

ELIAS: Ah! I express to you, you may continue to incorporate your waterbed! (Laughing) It is not better or worse to be incorporating more or less sleep time. (Chuckling)

MARJ: Okay! Lastly, I was reading the transcription Ė I think it was #519 with Sena Ė about relationships, and I felt like you were talking to me, which Iím sure many of us do, and right about the time I read that Ė and re-read it and re-read it Ė I feel like I made some adjustments, Iíll say for the better. I think I understood, and Iím going to handle that better. Would I be validating myself correctly, or am I deluding myself again?

ELIAS: You are correct, and I shall express to you, allow yourself the permission to not be so very doubting of your own expressions! (Chuckling) Acknowledge yourself, for you ARE creating your movement in the design of your want.

MARJ: Lately I tell myself, or I constantly remind myself of, ďNo expectations Ė letís just see what I do,Ē and I feel so good because I really feel that way!

ELIAS: I am understanding. Expectations are tremendously limiting.

MARJ: Elias, thank you so much. I wish so many times, and Joanne and I both say, why canít we just call you up and youíll come over and visit with us, and weíll just pick your brain forever!

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha! And as you move into the incorporation within yourselves of trust more and more, you may surprise yourselves and you may be incorporating this very action! (Chuckling) Although you may also be disappointed, for I have no brain to pick! (Laughter)

JO: I knew you were gonna say that! (Cracking up)

ELIAS: Ha ha ha ha ha!

MARJ: If I could just sit here and talk with you any time, it would be like having the best friend in the whole world, who is accessible always!

ELIAS: And I AM accessible always! (Chuckling)

MARJ: And to think that you actually donít mind listening to us whine when we whine, and laugh with us when weíre kidding around! Itís just fantastic!

ELIAS: It matters not. All of your expressions are glorious! (Chuckling)

MARJ: And definitely, so are yours, (Elias chuckles) and we do appreciate you!

ELIAS: I express great affection to you, and I shall express also, in response, a tremendous appreciation of you also! (Chuckling)

I continue my interaction with you, and I continue to offer an expression of energy to you. I give to you encouragement this day, to be continuing in your sojourn of exploration and your offering of gloriousness to yourselves! In friendship to you both, au revoir.
